Sunglass Hut

Chad and Anastasia were top notch! They helped me with my issue and I left a happy customer. I’ve purchased/​received many pairs of glasses at this store throughout the country and I keep returning because of the service and care I have received at each store. I appreciated their willingness to make sure I got what I needed.

Went there this weekend to BUY a pair of sunglasses and ended up leaving not buying any because the lady was so rude. I understand that you probably get the fair share of people that go in there to try on a bunch of glasses and waste your time. However, we went in there with intentions of actually making a purchase and she made us feel like we were a burden.
Also, when a customer asks the difference in a pair of sunglasses and why one pair is $ 150 and one is $ 200 it would be nice to have received an informative answer. The answer I received was because the lenses are green… well unfortunately, I am not an expert and I have no clue what that even means! Maybe even an explanation or telling me they’re better quality or something would have swayed my decision. I understand you dont need to have a «sales person» in there but maybe a little customer service would have been nice.

This store has some alright glasses in here not the largest selection, they have sunglass’s ranging from $ 90 to $ 500 that’s just the cheapiest and most expensive that I’ve sceen.
The girl working was very nice and seemed to be having a fun time with some whinning customer. She handled herself very good!
