Studio 25 Skincare and Makeup Artistry

I’m giving 5 stars because of the exceptional value that Joanne offers. Yes, her studio is in her home. But she has done a great job of combining that area and the powder room so that all together it is very spa-​like. The warm cleansing towels were heaven. Also, I have extremely sensitive skin, and she actually listened to me – before we started, she looked at it closely under the magnifyer. She immediately suggested to me that we could split my micro-​dermabrasion and facial/​peel into two separate appointments (fine by me!). I was impressed at her willingness to accommodate the best thing for MY skin, and not her pricing and scheduling.
At the end of the surprisingly soothing micro-​dermabrasion, I was sensitive and a bit red, so she followed with a calming facial mask. After that I was further soothed by a balm that felt so good I was happy to purchase the surprisingly affordable post-​treatment kit (elsewhere I’m sure the multiple products would have cost upwards of $ 50, I paid $ 20). My skin looks radiant, I’m ecstatic I’m finally on a beauty regimen again, and am looking forward to my next appointment that will cost me about a third as it would elsewhere. I’m thrilled.

You will not find a better, more affordable Esthetician in Denver! Joanne is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable. She has set up an affordable plan for me to achieve great skin! She is also now doing peels which were wonderful for my skin!
If you are looking for an awesome Esthetician to work with on a long term basis that isn’t going to break the bank, then I would highly recommend Joanne.

My microderm facial was totally fine and even kind of relaxing, which was surprising for me, as I was paying a lady to suck gunk out of my pores with a machine.
The ambiance, though? Weird. The «salon» is in the entryway of a woman’s home. It’s cramped, and her husband and grandkids were coming and going on the upper floors. It’s not a deal-​breaker, it’s just not really conducive to resting and definitely not what I expected. Also, there’s no waiting area, so since I arrived earlier I had to wait on her front stoop. Um… okay.

Today was my first visit to see Joanne — and I now have a wonderful new go-​to facialist. I am a facial/​microdermabrasion/​peel regular, and Joanne’s professionalism, service, expertise, and lovely demeanor made my service today surpass my previous experiences and expectations. She is reasonably priced and demonstrates true care for the work was does. My face feels and looks great — the improvement in my skin’s texture and tone is noticeable. I will go back to see Joanne again soon and will be sharing her name with my friends.

I came here with a Yolo Deals certificate that was a gift from my mom. This was my first microderm-​abrasion and facial and it was pretty darn enjoyable. The only hard part for me was waiting while I had the masque on because I get antsy when I have things on my eyes. The esthetician, Joanne, is friendly and thorough. My skin felt soft and clean afterwards and, having pretty sensitive skin, I was pleased that it wasn’t irritated at all.
The studio is located on the first floor of the esthetician’s home so it’s pretty small, however it is very clean and comfortable.
Since I haven’t had a facial or microderm before, I don’t have many points of comparison, however, I enjoyed myself and would go back again for those treatments.

I have lived in Denver for almost five years now and I have searched high and low for the perfect Esthetician. Guess what? I finally found her and her name is Joanne, the owner and operator of Studio 25 Skin Care and Makeup Artistry! I’ve been to see Joanne on three different occasions now and will continue to do so. Everything from reasonable pricing, the wonderful aromas of her studio, a gentle touch, knowledge of skincare and her sweet personality, all make for a much sought-​after person. I adore Joanne and can’t wait to go and see her again!

Joanne did a great job. She was extremely thorough and the prices are extremely reasonable. Your face doesn’t have to suffer through the recession!
