I could write a book on how wrong the fabrication and installation job Alex (Alejandro) did to our bathroom vanity, but to sum it up it was so bad we had to have another company completely redo the marble back splash and vanity top. In the beginning Alex agreed to reimburse us for the repair cost based on the estimate that the Granite Doctor told us would be. More issues were discovered once the Granite Doctor (who is amazing) removed the back splash and it almost doubled the original estimate due to additional work needed. Unfortunately it costs more money to repair a job than it does to do it correctly from the beginning because you have to remove the old and totally redo the new and then install the new. We wrote letters to Alex and Stone Age Crafters and sent them to the address listed on the Colorado Secretary of State’s website listed for the business and to the address listed on their website. Both letters were returned stating they moved and left no forwarding address. We then text Alex to let him know that it cost almost double to repair the problem and he said we were harassing him. After one text we are harassing him? All we ask is that he pay the cost to repair the problem incurred by him. We purchased an entire slab to do two bathroom vanity tops and because of the poor job Alex did we are not able to do the second bathroom and have lost out on being able to use our marble. We should be entitled to our loss of material use, but we are not asking for that as a compromise. I don’t feel we are being unreasonable considering how poorly the vanity was done. The Granite Doctor said it was the worst they have ever seen.

Stay away from this shoddy company. First issue was they couldnt finish the countertops in the time frame I was originally promised. On the day of install instead or arriving at 4pm they kept saying they would be here in one more hour and this continued until 9:30pm and didnt finish their install until 11:30pm. I had two kitchens done at once and both undermount sinks dropped within a week. The one they did repair ended up dropping again shortly after the fix. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for… garbage.
