Great hotel, great customer service. Rooms are nice, staff at all levels are very friendly. If something was low at breakfast or social hour, you just asked and it was taken care of. Sometimes they were slammed. We had a long term stay due to a terminal family member, and they just absolutely took care of whatever we needed. The only reason I left one star off is because the back patio area was often hard hit by use, and not cleaned up daily. We would go out and not choose to stay due to towels, food, dishes laying around. Again, overall this hotel is really terrific. Location was awesome for grocery shopping, movies, and restaurants. Very grateful it was here for our family.

I really liked staying here. The rooms are very nice and good value. Lots of space with the bedroom and separate living room with kitchen. I brought my own food to cook which was really convenient. The actual location was very convenient too — near highways and there is a shopping center across the street with a target, Starbucks, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me late check out just for signing up for their rewards program which is easy and free. The only thing I didn’t LOVE was the free breakfast. By the time I got down there everything looked really picked over and didn’t feel there was a lot left for me. I didn’t see any staff around to check on things and replenish the items as needed. I got there an hour before breakfast ended so just expected more I guess. Granted it’s free so don’t want to complain too much! I’ve just stayed at other similar hotels in other cities where the free breakfasts were a lot better. But overall I really liked the hotel and would stay there again if I ever find myself in Denver in the future!

I recently booked a room at this property. Unfortunately, I did not get to spend the night. There was a glitch in the on-line booking system, and it sent me an email with an incorrect date. Never bothered to check it until check in time. There were no rooms available so we made other arrangements. The next day I went to see if I could get a refund. I spoke with Rosa at the front desk. She looked in the system and it showed that we had a room the previous evening. :(I showed her the email with the incorrect date and she made things right. Great customer service! I hope that I will get to enjoy this property in the future. Thanks again Rosa.

Wow – I’ve stayed in Staybridge Suites all over the country and usually have a great experience, but this time was very unhappy with our stay. First, they advertised a pool – a key reason we chose to stay there(having three young children). But when we went to the pool, it was closed. The sign as to when it would reopen was unclear, so we went to ask the desk clerk. The same young woman who had been inpatient and hurried with us at check-in didn’t help us at all. When would the pool open? She didn’t know – the guy who was fixing it hadn’t arrived yet. The sign said in one hour – if he wasn’t there yet, why did the sign say one hour? She didn’t know. Could she find out? No, there was no way to know. We did find the pool open the next day, but it was too cold to use. Why did we take out kids here? Then we ran out of towels. oh no, the same blonde girl again. Could we have some more towels? Well, she’d have to call someone she said. Okay, can you do that please? She didn’t think anyone was around. Could we have a towel from the pool? No, she said – they were for the pool. Finally, we found a friendly housekeeping lady who helped us out. This is a nice, new facility, but sorely lacking in the friendliness department.

I was probably to quick to judge on the first review. Here are a few other problems that I have noticed. This place is still a waste. Walk across the street for your breakfast because it will save you a haste. Breakfast. They can’t keep juice stocked, can’t seem to keep the pitcher of tap water filled, won’t turn on the soda machine on until their social hour which is ridiculous, and their are coffee grounds in their coffee. As for the pool area. Look for a towel before attempting to enjoy the pool or spa. You will realize when you make it there that there are no towels available and the spa doesn’t work.
