I went here for lunch while I was traveling around Denver. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. The next time that I need a quick meal I will definitely stop by this Starbucks.

It was the normal Starbucks experience. They seemed a little scattered and the person taking my order was acting like I was whispering my order. It felt a little awkward. I noticed they had regulars and knew their names. I appreciate a neighborly, everyone knows each other vibe. They heated up my coffee cake. It was thoughtful.

I hardly ever write reviews for Starbucks. It’s a Starbucks… what can you say. They all of the same menu… same systems in place to provide good customer service. I don’t even drink coffee so I am usually there to either get a non-​coffee drink or something for my wife. However, this Starbucks had the worst customer service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. It was getting close to closing… but there was a line. There were only two visible employees and one was waiting on people and making everything while the other employee walked around doing what appeared to be «closing duties.» They must have been in a rush to get out of there when they did close.

I get it, busy mornings can be hectic at a starbucks on south Broadway. And I also get it’s rude to be on your phone while at the cash register.
However, I was kind enough to let 3 people pass me in line while I was taking a phone call for work.
As I was do finishing up on the phone call I said my drink and the barista at the register muttered «whatever» because I have as still on my phone. I’m a paying customer, on my cell phone or not I shouldn’t have been treated in a rude manner. I’ll think again before returning to this starbucks.

Everything was great with the location and the coffee. However, when I approached the counter with an additional request and was greeted with, «What?» From the blond guy who works there, I became crabby. That’s not what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks service.

Great store! Great staff! Lots of seating and a fair amount of outlets. Lots of parking as well. They always make the drinks correctly. Great atmosphere to study, read, or meet someone. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is there is no Clover.

Even during 2014 Broadway construction, I stop in. They have a nice outdoor patio for my coffee sippin’ and internettin’. I sometimes order a breakfast sandwich or bakery item with my coffee to change things up.
I always use my Starbucks gold card (or app) when I order. I enjoy earning my semi-​free coffee as I spend about $ 40.00 ($ 3.50×12) before I order my Trenta Quad shot light ice iced coffee.
This is a pretty good local stop during the week and weekend.

This Starbucks has a convenient location on Broadway and has a good group of barista’s behind the counter.
I was pleased that when I arrived in the morning hour there was only one person in front of me and I was helped quickly by multiple ladies. My drink was made perfectly, even though I had to repeat my order at least three times. People tell me my drink is complicated and it’s no doubt I have to repeat my order on most days. My answer, I know what I like and how I want it, what’s wrong with that?
Happy to have another Starbucks that I can frequent as I go about my Denver business.

It was gravy until I got repeatedly hit on by an old man here. Wish I could say that was the first time it’s happened at a Starbucks; I will never understand how they get the gall to bother someone who is clearly working on their computer. Won’t be returning.

Yeah, I feel weird writing about Starbucks, but this is «my» location. I stop here daily for my fix. I love all of the staff here… they are all awesome. Usually, there is a line going almost to the door — but don’t stress out — I promise you, they keep it moving fast. This has got to be one of the busier locations. I have the same thing every morning. They know what I want. They have it ready, often before I’m at the register. Sure, Starbucks has taken over — but it has a place. When I stop there, I’m not looking to hang out on a cozy couch and laugh with friends. There are still coffee places around when that is the plan. When I stop at Starbucks, I’m just looking to get it and go. This location fills that need. Just fine.

Very nice staff at this location, but no drive through. They are having a «happy hour» ½ priced frappachinos 3 – 5 pm till May 15.
Convenient location, on Broadway, just before I-​25. Perfect place to stop on your way to work.
