It’s Starbucks. Pricey, but good. Service was fast when I was here, friendly staff. Venti 2-pump, soy, no whip mocha.

This location is so scummy and depressing :(bleh. It’s not really anyone’s fault — kinda makes sense that it’s a homeless shelter, due to the location. They really need to start a ½ hour rule; drink, chat, socialize, and get your loser ass out. Gross

Pretty average starbucks store with all the usual coffee & drinks. And free wifi of course. No complaints.

I’ll give them credit for fast and friendly service. Good location. Did see some vagrants sitting around as other reviews noted but after talking to one of the guys(long story) he said he was homeless but had a $ 50 coffee gift card! So he was a paying customer not someone the staff can just eject.

My tea was good but the rest of the experience was horrible. The staff was rude to start off. My table was all sticky so I asked if they had something to clean it off, lady hands me a brown and stinky rag that had been sitting in this murky bin with this look like«do it yourself.» Gross… then I guess it was time to close, because the other guy comes around and says alright guys I’m locking up we’re already 15 min past close. I immediately start packing up my things and say that I was just finishing up an email and would be out in just a minute, he rolls his eyes and walks behind the counter. Noted…there’s a Caribou Coffee across the road on 16th that will get my business from now on.

The drinks are very good, the baristas competent and friendly but because of the proximity to some established homeless clusters along the 16th St Mall, the ambience is compromised. The balance of accepting the neighborhood population both inside and outside of the store is a difficult one and I am sure the staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. I also think there is a safety issue with the two exits. I am sure it meets Denver building code, given the high profile location, but I have never been in a Starbucks before in which the exit doors were not separated by at least ten feet, in order to have two distinct options of egress. This store has two doors, side by side in a corner with a singe aisle to reach them from any other part of the store. I looked, but did not see, another exit though it is possible I might have missed it.

I was just at the Starbucks on Curtis, the approximate time was 8pm. This particular Starbucks doesn’t close until 9pm. I asked one of the employees what was the code for the restroom? He said«the restroom is closed for the rest of the evening.» WTF. Really! Now keep in mind it’s 8pm, they close at 9pm, customers are still sitting outside, they’re still taking paying customers, but the restroom in no longer available. Let me see, how can I say this politely? No, I don’t think I’ll be polite. Starbucks, will you please tell your nitwit employees as long as you’re open for business, your restrooms are open for business. PERIOD!!!

I’ve been to this location twice. Vagrants typically occupy most of the tables and on both occasions the bathroom has been«out of order.» I come to Starbucks not because the prices are reasonable or because the coffee is particularly good(neither of these are true), but for consistency. I come because I know there will be wifi, outlets, and a bathroom. Not too much to ask.

2 stars because we already know the drinks are the same everywhere This is strictly based on the service. Ordering was just straight to the point, no suggestions, not if I was greeted, most likely I was not. Never asked for a name, when my drink was called placed it a bit far from my reach, and when I said thank you the guy just looked and didn’t even acknowledged my thanks haha But, very convenient location.

Eh, it’s Starbucks. I was dying for something while waiting for a late lunch. Service is friendly. My donut was decent. The mocha I ordered was not that great; but I’m not sure any of them are. If you need a quick place to grab a cup of coffee, this will suffice.

I’d agree and say this is the worst Starbucks on the mall as well. It’s small(which they all are) but there is very little seating. Most of the ‘Bucks is made up of an awkward entryway ramp, and standing room area. There is also only one bathroom which is usually occupied for a loooong time by someone«doing their business» or bathing in the sink, judging from the larger than normal amount of transient occupants. Avoid this one!

I go to Starbucks… a lot. I KNOW. It’s chainy and corporate and I should support local 24/7, but they’re as big is they are because their products are good. I’m not ashamed — I love the coffee! Anyway. Of the many Starbucks that exist on or near the mall, this is my favorite. They’re the friendliest and always put me in a good mood!

The Service here is good. And the employees are friendly and quick with making your drink or what ever your getting. Its always clean inside. I had a Caramel Machiatto and a Brownie. Probably shouldnt of drank it so late because ill be wired all night. The brownie had chunks of chocolate chips in it and was fresh and soft. The Wifi is Decent in here as well and when its warmer its a nice spot to sit and people watch.

Worst starbucks on the mall. Slow service but friendly. I’ve wandered in here a couple times, but definitely prefer the one on California. The coffee is always consistent, but it takes too much time, walk a couple blocks in either direction for a better experience.

My friend sent me a coupon for a free Starbucks drink via e-mail. I wasn’t sure if it was real, but took it to this location to try it out. It was fake(the coupon, not the location)! I was a little disappointed ‘cuz I was really hot and thirsty, but whatever. The barista was super-nice and said that she will honor it anyway, so I did end up getting a free drink. A nice, cold green tea frapp… yummy. Thank you! Kudos to this location for curing my heat stroke, so I can live and spend even more time on Unilocal
