Was looking for a Spot Brand bike, and landed at SloHi. Glad I did. Nice small shop, friendly and helpful. Adam couldn’t be more customer-centric. Great bike, by the way. I know I will be back.

I found SloHi as a place to check out Yuba cargo bikes and decided to stop in on my way to running some other errands, to see if I could test ride a Mundo. As it turned out, I was able to ride the owners bike, an elMundo, and try out the pedal assist, all with a low pressure, no hassle process, and see how I liked it. While I was there just a little bit before closing, there was no pressure to hurry up, and instead, I was able to ask lots of questions and talk about the bike and how I might be using it and/or what I might want to do with it, along with some suggestions on how it might be more enjoyable for me. As an added note, as I looked around after my ride, waiting for some friends, I also saw several other curious folks check out the same bike, all with the same no hassle experience. As it turned out, I made several trips back, to show my wife, firm up what they could get me, and, finally, to pick up my bike. All the while, I had friendly, no pressure guidance for as much of the process as I wanted, and some of the friendliest service ever. After I ordered my bike and it arrived in the shop, picking it up was a wonderful experience. The bike was set up, with a few customization questions that were quickly resolved, and the remaining items, including a last minute addition, were expertly set up. Based on the set up and the additions, I’d be super happy to have them work on any of my bikes! All in all, it’s hard to think of a better bike shop experience — there’s a lot packed in to a small space, and the staff is knowledgeable and as helpful as you want them to be. The products, too, are top notch. It’s a definite asset to the neighborhood, and it’s even a worthy destination if you have to go out of your way to get there.

This is a fun, little shop on the North side of Sloan’s Lake that offers up an array of services and products for all of you cyclists out there. My experience was such that varying levels of cyclists came in with confidence that their needs would be handled — I was no different. The gentleman who helped me(just looking for a couple replacement tubes) was friendly and even snipped out a coupon for me at the counter. If you’re in the neighborhood I would bring your bike, a thirst for coffee, and an appetite for bagels to this little nook — feeling a little like a cask beer? Stop next door at Hogshead! Good spots all around.

We spotted SloHi Bike Co as we were riding past(on our bikes) — thanks to the bike racks out front. Nice concept with SloHi Bike and SloHi Coffee in the same location. So, you can sip a cupa joe while checking out the small but good selection of bikes, accessories and frames. I was excited to find great top tube bag for my rode bike which is the right size for my iPhone 6 plus. Adam was super friendly and helpful.

A solid small. neighborhood bike shop. We were made to feel very welcome. Looking for a city bike? This is a good place. Looking to have them custom build you a $ 3700 single-speed? This is the place.

This is a great little bike shop. Came in with a flat tire and they had me in and out with a new tube. Mostly sell high-end cruisers, electric bikes, and road machines but did a great job fixing up my bike at a great price. When I called in they told me 2 days for the tube and a tune, but when I came in they swapped out the tube in ten and I was on my way. Well, I cruised next door to grab a delicious cold brewed coffee and a snack, only to find a truffle brownie. At least my bike is fixed so I can work that off… Great little bike shop and adjacent coffee shop with nice people, lots of sunlight, and fantastic service. So nice to have these gems in the neighborhood. I’ll be back for the tune. And a coffee.
