Share Colorado

Fight the Recession!
People can save 50% off of their groceries here. Share Colorado is run by Catholic Charities and is available to everyone. Once a month, on what is called distribution day, you can go to one of Colorado’s many charitable organization that participate and then pick up your food order.
There is one catch… You have to agree to volunteer your time doing something for some charity. That’s it, if you are already volunteering then its like cashing in on a boat load of grocery coupons.
I used to volunteer at Share Colorado, way back when. It is a fun place to give something back to your community.

The downside to this, is that it is only once a month and that you are definitely not getting a Whole Foods level of food Quality.
