I have come here several times out of convenience since they are a shared branch location. The actual location is really convenient, the service is fairly decent, and there is ample parking.

It’s actually not a location review but a reviewing the 800 # customer service for lack of a better word… and 1 star is 1star too many. I just spent 40 minutes on HOLD involving 2 calls and when he finally picked up and figured out what I needed he put me on what he referred to as a ‘brief’ hold.
HUNG UP.
I will inconvenience myself and go to a branch in person!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Do NOT trust these half wits with your money! They have security breaches often, and when this happens they make your credit/​debit card inactive; and it is HELL trying to get that all sorted out: by this I mean, SEVERAL phone conversations, SEVERAL trips to their branches (which are few and far between). In addition to all of this; their customer service is well below average, their overdraft fee is $ 27.50 which is above what most banks charge. They have changed owners SEVERAL times since I began banking with them, and they NEVER make you aware of changes to their policies and or fees when switching names and ownership. They are all around pretty awful. I have to go to one of their branches AGAIN today (this will be my SECOND time in ONE day) to get my debit card up and running AGAIN even though I was assured during a FORTY-​FIVE minute phone conversation yesterday that the «problem in their system had been fixed! Save your time and your MONEY and go with Chase!!! I have another account there, and never a problem!!!

Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be reviewing a financial institution and giving them 5 stars. I’ve been banking here for a few months now. The staff: AMAZING! The building: simple and clean. The Services: AUTHENTIC AND CONVENIENT. I’ve had a stint of unfortunate financials, and while they can’t approve everything, they do have a solution, or are very willing to help. I left there near tears with relief. It’s not a giant bank that is so focused on customer service they can’t provide it. This is what I’ve always wanted from a bank. No hidden shenanigans, straight forward fees, the tellers are fabulous, the bankers are equally awesome. I would recommend this credit union to my Grandma. (Come on that right there says it all.)

ATM never works & resulted in some late payments fee’s they wouldn’t take care of and I had to eat was told I could have drove to another city to make a deposit miles & miles away no other atm near me to make a deposit, they make you wait 2 months to use the mobile deposit app, count your change before putting it in their coin counting machine it’s off. Was turned down for their good Credit card for the 1^st time in my life w/​good credit so they could get me to sign up for one with higher apr which is shady, so I kicked them to the curb and got one from another credit union with lower apr and higher approval rating and way better customer service.

I really don’t have much of a review since I only stop here occasionally and it’s usually ATM or drive-​up teller.
Everything has been in order. I have seen a couple of suspicious things going on along the alley at the the back end of the teller area but *shrugs*.

I wanted to update my review, lately I spoke with a woman who informed me of some new services they are offering, specifically regarding payments on loans. While a large complaint of mine had been the ability to be convenient. So they rolled out a service you can now pay on-​line. I think its a great improvement to their customer service and am extremely pleased this is available. It also offers a fee free way to pay your bill other than dropping a check off or snail mail. Pretty great of them.
