This food truck was supposed to show up twice where I work and both times they were no-​shows (it was on a formal schedule along with other food trucks that actually come). Its really annoying if you don’t pack a lunch expecting for the truck to show up. I am taking the schedule down in my building — I am tired of people asking me why the truck never showed up.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich at the Big Wonderful today! BUT, I’m pretty sure my order got jacked. Instead I was given the grilled cheese with pork belly. Still great, but not what I wanted. I was too hungry to go back and get my pulled pork.
This food truck was at the Space GalleryYelp event — that’s how I found out about them! So, until next time pulled pork.

Tried the food truck at a Unilocal event and fell in love with their pimento cheese and fried green tomato sandwhich. Definitely hope to see them around sometime soon so I can try more goodies! As someone from the south, I love that southern comfort food made its appearance in Denver ;)
