Roger Druckman, DDS

Dr. Druckman was an excellent dentist, I just wish that I could afford him!
He is polite, attentive, very personable, and was very concerned with my personal comfort. During my exam, he used a small camera to show me cavities and broken fillings, explaining what each dental defect was. He was very clear about my options, and understood when I choose an extraction over a root canal. During the extraction, he was very careful to explain what he was doing as he was doing it, even when things got a little tricky.
However, his excellent service came with a price tag, and I balked when he suggested that I try financing the dental work that I needed done. I simply wasn’t in a position to accrue more personal debt, so I sought out less expensive options.

As a customer, I have purchased $ 20,000 automobiles, paid cash for medical, dental, and eyecare services, leased $ 1,000/mo.+ plus apartments, etc… but I have never been treated with the care, respect, and professionalism that I experienced at Dr. Druckman’s practice.
Over the course of two weeks, I had an exam/​X-​ray, fillings, a cleaning, and a wisdom tooth extraction. Throughout all of these procedures, Dr. Druckman, his hygienist Christy, and the office manager Constance all took the time to ensure my comfort level with both the procedures and the payment was always high.
There is no better example of this practice’s commitment to its customers than the fact that Dr. Druckman actually drove me home himself after I had my wisdom tooth extraction. His concern for my well being went beyond the chair and I can’t thank him enough for that.
