Rocky Mountain Vitality Massage

As an athlete, massage is critical. It’s especially vital during travel, when the body is stressed and out of sync. I received a refreshing sports specific massage and definitely loved the experience. Having had hundreds of massages, I definitely think you NEED to visit Rocky Mountain Vitality. You’ll be back again and again!

There is so much I could say about Stephanie at Rocky Mountain Vitality Massage (RMVM), however no body reads long reviews… so here I go.
I am a self proclaimed massage connoisseur. I have had 16 surgeries and 11 broken bones and have needed massage for over 15 years. I have tried places all over the city and country (I travel a ton). One day a couple of months ago I stumbled upon Stephanie at RMVM. I must say I am happy I did. I was unfortunately using Massage Envy because I couldn’t find a good reasonable therapist. NO MORE
Stephanie is professional, and her hands are amazing. She tailors our sessions based on my needs that day and makes sure that I walk out relaxed.
Pricing is so reasonable, I buy my massages in packages of 10 and booking is so easy and flexible. Their office is 5 minutes from my house and is always clean. Stephanie allows me to chose the music and the environment in the treatment room is very relaxing.
As long as Stephanie is around she will be my Massage Therapist.

I’ve been seeing Stephanie for the past few years. I’ve had many massages and I would never go anywhere else now that I’ve found her. She is talented, peaceful, down to earth, and makes you feel calm. Professional place. You will never want to her to leave the state. Trust me!!! Amazing experience every time.

Stephanie is an amazing massage therapist. Not only did she focus on the areas of pain/​discomfort that I talked to her about, she found other areas that I didn’t even realize were problem areas and worked with those as well.

I booked a massage with Stephanie after weeks of lower and upper back pain due to training and what was possibly the worst mattress, ever. Stephanie was very attentive to my description of the pain and my concerns. She applied pressure and rhythm that matched my needs – I really felt as though she was reading my mind!
I loved my massage so much that I booked an appointment for after my next 5K. The girl works wonders!

I’ve only been living here since May of 2012 and I’ve been to a few massage therapists in the Boulder area. I have to say that so far Stephanie @ Rocky Mountain has the best hands in Boulder.
After my first session I immediately booked two more. She’s been concentrating on my bad shoulder and she’s the only one that’s actually made progress in helping it get better.
She’s professional, friendly, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her to everyone!
