Challenged a reoccurring charge after having not used the services in over six months, and was told that I had a couple hundred dollars to use on future services and products. Went in for a microdermabrasion and the management sent in my skin care provider to tell me that they were only going to give me one more treatment and then they didn’t want me to come back, while depriving me of $ 150 in services and previously paid for products. Poor management, and even worse customer service!

I highly recommend Laser Hair Removal but it’s imperative you do it early-​on. I did it while young enough that most of the hairs really did go away. Now, however, for maintenance, even though my «whiskers» appear dark on my pale skin, the laser doesn’t work like I had hoped. I walked in with whiskers, and out with them too. I’m told that even if the whiskers on my lip appear dark, it doesn’t mean they are zappable any longer. I wish I had done more of the maintenance earlier.

I’ve been to three places for laser hair removal and this place is the best! They have good machines and it is completely painless. I also switched from Phytomer moisturizing cream to one of Dr Ravals products and it is excellent!
I highly recommend this business!

Awesome clinic! I am retired military in Colorado Springs, and am entitled to FREE health care benefits and that includes treatment for rosacea at Evans Army Community Hospital on Ft. Carson. Let me quickly break this down for you. I drive over 80 miles each way and happily pay for services from Rocky Mountain Laser Clinic. They have reduced my visible redness by 80% to 90% in just a few short months. I haven’t achieved results like this in over ten years of trials and tribulations through several dermatology offices. If you have rosacea I don’t have to ask you if you’ve tried several different approaches to remedy your redness, I already know you have! I’m sure you’re tired of searching the web for a new cure that hasn’t arrived yet. I’m not a doctor and cannot give medical advice, but I’m telling you, you need to try this clinic. Their results are outstanding and the rates are very affordable. And Yes, I have to pay cash because treatments are offered to me on the military installation, so if I choose to get treatments on the economy, I have to pay for it! It’s still worth it… Give them a call and ask to speak to Jessica, she’s the subject matter expert with thier equipment and will take very good care of you in the office.

Hooray for laser hair removal! Why did I not do this sooner? I was referred to Dr. Raval by my reconstructive surgeon. I had lymph nodes removed under my armpits that left areas I could not reach with a razor anymore. Rather than live with pockets of lengthy pit hair, I opted for laser hair removal. Shocking, I know, since pit hair on women is so sexy. I very quickly learned that once you see the results it offers you want to do it everywhere! I have been very happy with the results on my armpit and bikini regions thus far and am going in to do my legs next week. This is seriously magical.
A few things to mention for potential candidates – They are very thorough with their questionnaire, which made me feel like they are very cautious about what they do. They will thoroughly explain everything about the procedure and risks to you, as well as your expected outcome and potential number of treatments based on your skin pigment and hair type. After you meet with the technician the Dr. may also come in to meet you to make sure everything is kosher. I’m not sure how this compares to other laser hair removal spots, but I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Laser based on my experiences here.

I’ve been to Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics for three laser hair removal sessions. The technician who completed my first two treatments is no longer there and today I was introduced to my new technician, who was very kind and thorough. Unfortunately I learned that there are discrepancies between the hair removal package I was offered by the previous technican and the actual cost of these services. Rocky Mountain Laser handled this awkward situation professionally and courteously. I also learned that the laser machines they use are very new, which makes for a quicker and less painful experience.

I’m not shy to say I’ve become a 5 star rater, but when I love something, I have to share it! I love this place. I’m so NOT a Cherry Creek Soccer Mom and that was my biggest fear walking into a place like that. I have had one facial in my whole life and felt like maybe this was the belly of the beast. Like, perhaps you would go into a room, like Samantha did in Sex and the City and they would start drawing lines all my face when all I want is to lose my microderm abrasion virginity. So not the case!
The staff is amazing, the products are high quality and I feel like a million bucks walking out of there just because I took time for myself. I just joined their new club for $ 29 for first month chem peel and $ 39 for the following months. Yes, you get a peel every month for only 39 FREAKING DOLLARS. Who needs Living Social and Groupon when you can support a local business and be sure they are getting all the benefits of their deal to you. It’s a win/​win. j

I bought a groupon for $ 30 — they claimed it was a $ 120 value — for a glycolic face peel. I went into the room, the tech asked me if I had washed my face? Well, every other peel I have recieved, THEY have washed my face? So, I said «no». She then said the woman at front desk should have told me to wash my face before I came in? okay… so she washed my face — with extremely cold water — and proceeded to slap some glycolic acid on my face (without eye protectant). I told her that my face was pretty hardy so she could put on a strong dose. She then proceeded to say that they were using the cheapest peel since it was a «group deal» but would leave it on «longer». Well… longer was 6 whole minutes! As I lay there, I could hear the two women in the next room yuckin it up, laughing. «GIRL…YOU GOTTA BE KIDDEN…» their voices transferred through the air ducts so loudly that they sounded like they were in the same room! Meanwhile the tech came back in with a hot towel — 6 minutes later — wiped the stuff off my face, put some «Vit C» serum on my face and I was good to go! I was there a total of about 18 minutes. That was a $ 120 value? I don’t think so! It was not even a $ 10 value! VERY DISAPPOINTING
