Someone got a hold of me after I made a review on here. She was very nice and understanding of everything. She even tried to get me to stay with Public Storage but after I said no she didn’t push which I was thankful for. Even after talking to someone I still have to pay the late fees, even though it wasn’t my fault the site wasn’t working. It’s up today though so thankfully my things are safe until at least the end of next month. I really do recommend trying a mom and pop storage place if you can handle the extra drive. When thye give you a price that price is solid. No surprise charges and they wont hassle you non-​stop if you might need an extra day to get a payment to them.

Great facility and employees. I showed up with a truck full of furniture without a reservation and they were able to immediately get me set up with a unit. They showed me various types of units and all the different pricing options. They are cheaper than U-​Haul and have much better service. Would definitely recommend this location.

Great service. Courtney showed me unit options, was extremely nice and completed the proper paperwork in a timely manner. She went through the contract, answered all my questions and made the process extremely delightful.

The staff (anastasia) that was onsite when I arrived was very friendly. This is kind of deceiving. There was a lock from a previous tenant on one of the doors to my storage unit and she said she would notify the site manager it needed to be cut off. One day after I signed my paperwork, I left a message so I could check status on that as well as ask a question about their android app. They never returned my call. Poor service.
