I am not a member of this credit union. I just stopped in because it was close by and I had some quick business I needed to take care of.
I received stellar customer service by the bank employees. I’ve never felt so welcome in a bank before. I also liked that I had the option to sit down as the employee helped me with my multiple transactions.
They might not answer the phone very quickly, but the in person service is fantastic.

UPDATE: After 50 minutes on the phone with Dan Harmon’s superiors (who were both «shocked») all my fees were returned.

The closest branch of PSCU to the Downtown Denver area, this branch is the hardest to find. Tucked into the base of the Writer’s Square, at 15th and Larimer, you will need luck to find parking. But if you are on bike or scooter or riding the bus, this is great. There are rarely lines, the longest I have ever seen was two people ahead of me. It pays to be hidden, I guess.
But what makes this location a real gem, is the fact they can give you a Credit card or debit card there, while you wait. So if you loose your card, or just decide you need another, this shop will handle that in around 10 minutes. Quite handy if you need that service/​
