Easily the best place to get a great sandwich for an awesome price. The employees also never fail to go out of their way to be friendly. If someone was ever having a bad day while I was there, they sure didn’t let it show and you just can’t beat service like that!

I love potbelly. I don’t love the people that work at this location. Never had a happy experience here. Staff is rude but at least they make the sandwiches right.

Oh, Potbelly, how I have missed you since I left Austin! The hot pepper mix you guys have is what makes the sandwich! I was driving by randomly and saw it, and I just about slammed on the brakes in the middle of the road to get to it;) not even hungry, but I’m stopping! It’s always quick, and the sandwich is yummy!

30 years ago I was one of the lucky customers who frequented the original Potbelly Subs on Lincoln Ave in Chicagoan. I worked right across the street and ate there almost daily. It was that good. I’ve been living outside the scope of the expanding Potbelly franchise, so when I drove past this shop on Christmas Eve day, I couldn’t U-turn fast enough. There is always that trepidation that all your hopes for that original«somethin somethin» will be dashed and your taste buds will be disappointed. But not this time! It even smelled right when I walked in! The sandwich was perfect, just how I remembered it. It starts with the bread, and then it’s just the right amount of all the«somethin somethin» just like they did 30 yrs ago.

I have never been in, my review is based solely on their delivery. This is a favorite at work. Once you’ve exhausted the Jimmy John’s menu and you need something new — Potbelly offers it! I really enjoy their sandwich offerings but that was not enough to get me to sit my happy butt down and write this review. Potbelly and I had an ‘incident’ yesterday. My co-worker and I ordered our lunch from Potbelly yesterday. I was starving. My lunch meeting had canceled and so sandwiches it is! I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich. It’s quite tasty with a chicken breast, hummus, feta, cucumber, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers. We also got some really yummy mini cookies, etc. Our order arrived and I dug in… only to find my chicken sandwich didn’t have any chicken on it… I was pretty irate. I was hungry and don’t get to order lunch that often. Not having the time to get another sandwich, I dug into my now chickenless chicken sandwich and dashed off a missive to the company complaining. Within a few hours I had a response from the corporate office AND this location. They apologized for the issue and offered to make it right. The sandwiches are good. The employees are nice but this customer service? It was excellent. Thank you Potbelly for making it right. I will definitely be back!

Not sure why people rate this place so high. It has a good looking store and slick looking brand but the food isn’t much better than a step up from Subway. Try something else if you’re looking for a good sandwich.

Where do you get free live music at lunch on a Monday? Potbelly sandwiches! The mood is super chill and inviting. The food is fresh, made to order and fast!!! They have outdoor seating for those wonderful Colorado days! I had the WRECKSALAD! They even substituted the meat and dressing for no extra charge. Grab a pickle!

If I’m feeling a sandwich, this is the place I go. Even with options like Subway, Great Harvest Bread Co., and Jimmy Johns, Potbelly satisfies they hunger without overeating or overspending. For just under $ 7.00 you get a fresh sandwich, huge pickle, and a cup for water. I’ve tried just about every sandwich, but the one that I wasn’t too stoked on was the Turkey. It seemed to have tasted extra gamey that day for some strange reason. I haven’t tried the shakes or the soup yet, but I’ve heard nothing but delicious things about them. Stop here if you’re craving a quick and simple sandwich.

I ordered Italian sandwich with everything and it was delicious. The bread is tasty and toasted. The prices are great too. I will come back for more :)

I am a big sandwich fan, and this place has GREAT sandwiches. The staff are friendly, the sandwiches are very very consistent. My favorite is the A Wreck — but I have tried others and they are all very good. Extremely well priced too!

We stopped here after I inflicted a «painful“shopping day on my boyfriend. He picked and we were pretty happy. We got the A Wreck and Italian. The bread was a little too crunchy for my liking post toasting but my bf loved it. We split a vanilla malt which was awesome. Overall the staff was okay. Kind of friendly. Chick behind the counter looked annoyed. you could feel her negative vibe effecting the staff. sandwiches were good nonetheless.

I usually love Potbelly but I don’t think I’ll ever come back — definitely won’t be back to this location. It’s clear they were understaffed and the first woman to greet me — a redhead — was yelling at her employees then told me they were out of flat bread(ok that’s fine) so I just asked for plain wheat and she again said they didn’t have flatbread — she seemed so flustered and was taking it out in her employees and the customers. They were also out of their delicious cookies which I usually buy two of. Very disappointing. Will never be back! Retrain your rude employees.

Been to a Potbelly in another city and was happy to hear they opened one up in Denver. Decided to give it a try for lunch and was not disappointed! I had the chicken and cheddar sandwich with their hot peppers and it was absolutely delicious. They even scoop out the bread for you if you want it thin! They offer great desserts too! Homemade cookies and something called a dream bar which was amazing. Definitely give this place a try.

Kinda simple but good! Sandwiches are only about $ 5. And sides are cheap too. Its cool they have some live music, and a patio too. Could use some more choices for toppings, but the hot peppers add some nice spice to it whoa haha.

As a wheelchair user, I’m always impressed when restaurant staff are courteous and knowledgable regarding how to best serve people with disabilities. I’ve been to three different Potbelly restaurants and each time, I’m given the same fantastic service. The sandwiches here are also really great.

With a name like Potbelly I guess my mind went to potbellied pig… and pork. This is not what this new sandwich shop is. I’ve suddenly seen these pop up all over town do I decided it was time to make my way in. You have choice of regular(white) or multigrain wheat bread and you choose your toppings from mustard, may, hot peppers, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, oil and Italian seasoning. They have four signature sandwiches: the Wreck(salami, roast beef, turkey and ham with Swiss), Italian(capicola, mortadella, pepperoni, salami and provolone), pizza and Mediterranean(veggie) along with regulars like turkey, ham meatball, roast beef, chicken salad and tuna salad. They serve four salads a soup of the day and chili as well as cookies Nothing to write home about and really nothing special to draw you in. Not a bad sandwich but not worth the trip back.

Good sandwich shop. I love the pickles. And I’ve heard the shakes are amazing, although I haven’t tried one yet. I’ve only tried your basic ham and cheese sandwich there, but it was still good. I’d chose this one over a lot of the others around.

Consistent with the other pot belly down colorado blvd. Delicious and fast friendly service. The lobby is welcoming. Only downside is getting in and out of this place. If you need to exit north onto Colorado Blvd, don’t count on it. I’ll be back!

After trying out one of these shops at Dulles Airport in DC I knew I had to test drive an actual location. This place just opened. I had the Italian(Capicola, Mortadella, Pepperoni, Salami & Provolone Cheese) on whole wheat with tomatoes and onions. It was rather tasty and easy on the pocketbook. Potbelly is a nice addition to the offerings on So. Colorado.
