Pizza Hut

I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in quite awhile, and was really craving it. Had it delivered, and right off the bat, it was delivered 30 minutes late. I was a little upset, but too hungry to complain. Got it in the house and the entire order was completely cold… one of the pizzas I had ordered wasn’t even cut, and the other– looked to have been cut with their eyes closed. Decided to try the new flavored crusts they offer now… neither pizza had the crusts I wanted. Then also got an order of the cheesy bread, and took a bite and could only taste cinnamon haha! Cinnamon and cheese isn’t a good combo by the way. I’m not one at all to call back and complain about an order, but decided this was ridiculous. When I called, I asked for a manager, sat on hold for about 7 minutes then they come back on the line to only say they can’t find one? Really?! Needless to say, I will never order from this location ever again, much less Pizza Hut in general!

Man, I cant stand it anymore. Pizza Hut is way pricey than the regular place that I’ve been buying pizza.
Their ways of operating this place is not good. One thing that is good in this place is that they open earlier than other places.

Ok — now I am really upset — just got notification from my credit card company that my «tip» amount has been altered! — will bring this up to a lawyer to see if a class action suit can be arranged (how many other people have been «tip-​altered» without knowing it?), and let the News know, to allow other people to become aware, and government to push to make «tips» illegal on credit/​debit card slips, it is too easy to screw someone when they dont know what is done with the receipt after it is out of their hands.
BTW — Pizza Hut offered me «free bread sticks or a 3 topping pizza for $ 6» because I complained, rather than fix the problem.
Guess containment is easier than correcting the problem, well. steal from customers? Could be a bigger problem that free bread sticks wont make it go away.
This is just one story, I am sure it happens every day.

Ordered carry out on Friday at 6 p. I was told 15 minutes but it took 40. while I was in the shop waiting the phone rang and no one picked up. Service was better in the past not sure I’m coming back.

We ordered pizza a few weeks ago and when it came, we noticed it was lacking toppings and the crust was not cooked well enough. Actually, one of the pizzas had all of the toppings on just one side! I called and was told I would receive two free pizzas on a future order. Which I thought was fair. I called to order the pizzas tonight and got nothing but the «run around»! The manager wanted to give me a $ 22 credit instead of just giving us two pizzas! He said I had to use this credit within 30 days, which was NEVER stated when I first called to complain about the original order. Not only is the pizza lacking in quality, but the customer service is horrible! Why should the customer be punished for Pizza Hut’s mistakes! I will never order from Pizza Hut again! Oh and by the way, if I could have given them «0» stars, I would have! Do not be fooled by the «1» star rating it should have been no stars! Black Jack and Papa Murphy’s will have my business from now on!

Half cooked hand tossed crust and no sauce. First and last pizza from them in 20 years.

Just moved to the area so my husband and I ordered for delivery from this store because they’re close to us. Waited for an hour, patiently… But when we got the pizza, opened the case to find that pizza was room temp and it didn’t have enough sauce! We both agreed that this was the worst pizza we’ve had… so disappointed. We’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before, but this store def won’t get our business in the future. :(

The cashier was very nice. Maybe she needs to be the cook.
I do not expect much from Pizza Hut. The delivered even less than my low expectations.

Samantha Rose was an absolute pleasure! She was super nice, I haven’t ordered pizza in a long time and it was delicious I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Great service and delicious pizza!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years mainly because my son thought the pizza was too salty. However, I guess his buds have undergone a metamorphosis allowing him to resume enjoyment or maybe the pizza is no longer salty. :/
I was leery about going to this location but I was pleasantly surprised. it’s small (just enough room to walk in, get your pizza & walk out juts about) and the staff is friendly.
I’m glad my son wants Pizza Hut again. It’s always been my favorite ‘fast food’ pizza joint.
We have gotten delivery from here a couple of times too. One time, the guy was about 10 minutes outside of the estimated delivery time but we didn’t make a big deal about it since the previous time they were on top of it.

I think this place has a great staff that knows how to be efficient. They are super-​quick delivering online orders, and the delivery staff is very friendly and pleasant. They never forget to bring the things I ask for extra of, and I have never had a long wait time or cold food.

I give this place a good 5 stars. We walked in to get some pizza. no preorder or something, Young girl at the front was very polite and helpful, provided plastic silverware, extra crushed pepper and cheese. Pizza was done in less than 10 minutes and were not the only ones there. Very positive attitude of a front person is crucial for any sale. Everybody loved that pizza! Cant say anything bad about this place, so 5 stars. Made me want to go back and get more 8))

This became my local Pizza Hut when I moved to the area about 3 months ago. Have had delivery twice and went recently for carry out. Good pizza and plenty of sauce for the wings! So far a very reliable PH.
