I really wanted to love this food truck; when i saw all the different topping options they offer I was really impressed and couldn’t wait to try it! HOWEVER once I took my first bite into my burger i thought it tasted weird but couldn’t quite figure out why. As i kept eating it i realized that the burger was STUFFED with TONS of raw minced garlic. I’m someone who usually loves garlic, but this was overkill. The fries were really good, shoe string style, but i will never eat here again due to the garlic issue which is probably due to them trying to disguise the low quality of meat

Pile High Burgers was at an event last weekend that ran from 2 – 10 p.m. I went to the truck at 4 and attempted to get one order of fries. I was told they were out, and that they’d «been out for the past 2 hours.» Considering it was 4:00, and the event started at 2, that would mean they ran out of fries as soon as the event started?! Ridiculous. It’s a burger & fry truck. Someone needs to learn how to plan.

I can’t believe I can write Unilocal reviews about food trucks, er… RVs. Got lucky and ran into Pile High outside of Golden City Brewery and had just enough draught pours to need some fries. But Pile High Burgers doesn’t just have traditional fries – they serve what may possibly be the best sweet potato fries I have ever had in my life. They are definitely the best sweet potato fries I have ever had from a vehicle.
The fries were so good I went back for a second order, but the real treat was the «PHB Fry Sauce.» I haven’t been able to replicate it on my own yet, but the best I could figure was Thousand Island with Chipotle pepper paste and crumbled feta. Doesn’t seem as appealing typing it out.
Definitely recommend the fries and sauces selection; unfortunately, I can’t speak to the meat products but they did smell delicious.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! (tried the aussie) the burgers and sides are huge and the price was so reasonable. Paired with our favorite brewery and it made for a wonderful night out. I hope they come back to living the dream brewery again soon!

Don’t get me wrong, the service and people were great! Nice and courteous. But the burger was rough. It was burnt, the avocado on bottom made the buns soggy, and the box it’s served in doesn’t offer a lot of room for eating. I think we will skip brewery night next time they are at our local brew house!

So so so so so yummy! Can’t wait to have another one. Actually scouted out this food truck because my co worker said it was the best burger she has ever had! I wouldn’t go with the best i have ever had because I can’t commit to something like that but it was delicious. ALSO, THEY HAVE CURLY FRIES! The best ever. Who can pass those up?! All their fired goodies were yummy and satisfying. Keep making the mile high better, pile high!

Probably the best burger truck in town. The burger and the chicken patty are delicious and generously sized, so sharing is recommended. The shoestring fries are excellent, but there are a LOT. save your box; I took mine home and cooked them in lieu of hash browns for breakfast.
It would be nice to order fries separately. One portion was more than enough for two. The sandwiches were great, with quality toppings. They sliced the pepperoncini on my Mediterranean burger, which was a nice touch. One negative: the buns were really cold. I’d prefer them at room temp or heated/​toasted.
I’ll be keeping an eye out for them at brewery in my neighborhood soon. And I’ll make sure I’m hungry when I go.

DAMN!!! This food truck is AMAZING! First off the menu is all about the burgers, Fully custom made burgers or choose from the premade ones. We split a Grilled cheese burger (a burger in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. The meat is on point, juicy and hand formed with the perfect crust (similar to NYC shake shack but even better!) The burgers are huge and you get a side of fries that are very generous. For around $ 12 we fed two hungry people. Follow these guys its soooo worth it.

It is the rare occasion I give a bad review. However, Pile High Burgers food trucks fails at every level. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
First, the cost. I went to The Living Dream brewery, and hadn’t eaten all day. This food truck was my only option. After reviewing the menu, I ordered a WTF burger. It cost almost 14 dollars. Minus one star for high cost.
Despite having virtually no one ordering food, they told me it would be 20 minutes. It was closer to forty, and from what I could tell, they delivered only a few burgers every 10 – 15 minutes. Very very slow. Minus one star.
Eventually, I receive my burger. The top and bottom buns are refrigerator cold. So I’m eating a cold hamburger. Minus one star.
The French fries tasted like cardboard. Minus another star.
If I wasn’t starving, I would have sent it back. McDonald’s is better than this place.
