There were some things I liked and some things I didn’t care for… I loved the spring rolls. They weren’t overrun with rice noodles and were just fantastic; very fresh, very clean. The phở itself had plenty of noodles & rare beef, which was nice. The broth needed some adjusting with seasoning, which may have had something to do with the cracked pepper that was sitting on it when it came to our table. Overall: pretty good but I won’t seek it out.

This restaurant never fails me. I had been going for months just for their duck phở. I finally tried other dishes like the fried fish, garlic bukchoy and beef phở and boy oh boy was I satisfied. Their dishes are PHENOMENAL. The Duck Phở is definitely my fave. hehehe. There’s nothing like it. The fried fish with the chili sauce was very tasty. The garlic bukchoy had so much flavor! Their spring rolls are delicious as well. The place is owned by a very nice Vietnamese guy who greets the customers when he’s around. The service is always great and fast! I recently found out there’s a dish where you can make your own spring rolls which I’ve tried once in Cali but have never found it again. Oh yeah, definitely ordering that next time. :)

Very authentic and very lonely, on a busy federal Friday afternoon. Yes there is no MSG in their food? As far as I see it, I don’t know how people know. I honestly see this place as a front for some money laundering of some kind. The waiter was not very polite. Only 1 table was occupied. Price is fair and not competitive. I very phenomenally tried so many phở places and my favorite two are not even reviewed. I will not be coming back.

One of the best Vietnamese food experiences I have had in the past 10 years I have been in Denver. Everything was beyond fresh and very well presented. You could tell that care was taken when preparing the food. Spring roll combo platter was amazing! Combo noodle bowl was great as well. The service was better than any Vietnamese place I have been. The owner/chef came out to ask what we thought. Upon our request, he also provided suggestions for our next visit. I will be back. The space has been remodeled and looks wonderful!

Though I am not a huge fan of Phở since I grew up eating it, my taste buds are attracted to different things on the menu. I will eat the Phở here eventually :) First I must say the service is top notch at Phở Market, the staff and GM Chinh are focused 100% to keeping you happy and satisfied while you’re there, can’t beat their customer service! The décor and everything is modern, love the new feel of the restaurant. The food is very very tasty, hits close to a home cooked Vietnamese meal. The food isn’t oily, no MSG, fresh ingredients, and Phở Market is combining modern techniques with traditional techniques in their food. What I have tried so far at Phở Market and I order these all the time: Spring Rolls — I have tried the combination spring rolls where they give you all the different types of springs rolls but my favorite is the nem nuong spring roll(grilled pork) I almost ate 16 of these spring rolls. I will eat spring rolls until the day I die. Green Mussels — That sauce Phở Market is using in the green mussels is grand, the mussels are soft, seasoned properly. Great appetizer! Goi(Vietnamese Salad) — I forgot the full name of this dish that I got but it’s the top one on the menu. A couple things about this plate, I didn’t realize how big this plate was until I got it so get ready to be full The shrimps were fresh and big, the squid was fresh and big, the greens on the plate were fresh, this plate even had a kick to it in spice with the red chilli peppers in them. The fish sauce was good too, not too much to make the salad soggy. Probably the best Goi I have ever ate aside from my grandmas. Last but not least, I enjoy the mango smoothie. Fresh mangos with mini boba, I don’t think any other place does this. Most places I think use powdered fruit? IDK but you can’t beat fresh mangos and MINIBOBAS! This is already my favorite place to eat, I would recommend Phở Market to everyone! it will be more awesome once they add Hu Tieu Nam Vang to the menu and Banh Xeo(Use google to see what those dishes are) Once Phở Market adds these, all other Vietnamese restaurants will be non existent to me.

I have just had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful new Vietnamese restaurant in greater Denver. The host Chynn was both very personable and attentive to our every need and the food is out of this world good! His recipes are completely based on his family recipes with delicate natural(no MSG) and organic flavors and attention to beauty and simplicity. I absolutely loved the steak salad as I would call it, but oh so much more than that with green mango and fresh herbs. My friends enjoyed many other favorites and there were plenty of left overs to take home. I was completely satisfied by the level of service, friendliness, and the quality and tastes of the food. As I live in Lafayette, I found that this trip was well worth the drive and I will definitely be back! ps. ask for their Vietnamese coffee… he makes it himself and prides himself on the flavors and taste.

Phở Market is one of the newest(maybe the newest) Vietnamese restaurants on South Federal. Yes, that’s right… another Phở restaurant. But I promise it is well worth a visit. It is in the old Phở 95 location, but has been COMPLETELY remodeled. It is modern, bright and very tastefully decorated. We have been twice and LOVED everything we tried. The shrimp spring rolls are delicious and accompanied by an awesome peanut sauce(which is why I eat spring rolls — for the peanut sauce). I also tried the roasted duck salad and duck phở. The salad was amazing in both presentation and taste(sorry no pics, forgot my phone). The duck phở was great, but the duck is still on the bones(not my favorite thing). However, my favorite part was that there was a nice selection of fresh, perfectly crisp/tender vegetables in the bowl. No matter what ‘flavor’ phở you order it will come bathed in their delicious beef broth. Clean, light, amazing flavor and just the right amount of fat glistening on top… ANDNOMSG! Give this place a try… it is a great addition to the awesome eateries on South Federal!

Modern, clean, friendly & healthy. Loved it. The GM, Chinh, was incredibly nice & cares about the service & quality, and it shows. We had shrimp cake spring rolls & large phở. You’ll have leftovers unless you can eat 3lbs of noodles! Best Vietnamese coffee in town w perfect crushed ice. Ask to try the different types of coffee flavors. We’ll be back. PS– no MSG, double filtered water for broth. We left feeling healthy & happy. Bonus! Try the shaved ice, we saw one & it looked amazing, so we will go back for lunch to try it!

We were very impressed with this new Phở? Market place, Denver welcome a very Authentic Vietnamese Cuisin with its very good flavors, we met the owner young man in early 30s, he is a very cool dude, he claims he helps the kitchen on all the menu and tasting, we love the Phở? kho^ with the beef broth serves in a separate bowl, the lemon fried fish, the combination salad dish was very good too… They use just enough fish sauce and salt, not too much at all, we did not taste too much MSG, thats a good sign. We ate there twice already and will be back soon. I highly recommend to all Vietnamese food lovers to go here., im a 58 yrs old Vietnamese American man and i have eaten Vietnamese food all my life. This could be one of the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Denver. See you there.

Perfect Vietnamese food. I will be back again and again. Welcome to the neighborhood! The duck phở and the fish cakes(shellfish allergy friendly!) are amazing.
