I’m surprised by some of the reviews because my experience was positive. I dealt with two different ladies at the front desk and two men all of whom were professional courteous friendly forthcoming and helpful. My Honda was rear ended and I had the bumper replaced as well as some additional repairs that I requested and paid a fair price for. It took one day as opposed to three. Thus 5 stars BUT if my bumper falls off soon I’ll be sure to let y’all know!;)

Do not get your car repaired here! I just picked up my car from repairs from an auto accident from their shop and my steering wheel was still tilted at a 50 degree angle to the left. I called the shop to ask why this wasn’t fixed and the manager being as rude as possible told me he wasn’t going to repair it because it wasn’t in the estimate that he created. I had also requested to have some addition work done on the car, which was not done. The hot tempered manager told me I did not authorize the repair. I did not have a chance to authorize it because he forgot to write up an invoice for the repairs. To top things off he did not offer for me to come back in and have it done but to hang up the phone on me. Stay away from these people.

I took my car to Perry & Terry after it was hit, because they were the recommended auto body shop from my insurance company, and I was told the repairs would have a lifetime guarantee. All seemed right when I picked my car up, but a few months later I went to my dealership for the 15,000 mile checkup. They pointed out that the back right wheel would not completely align properly and asked if something had happened to my car. I hadn’t even thought about the accident since I assumed Perry & Terry had completely fixed my car.
When I took my car back to Perry & Terry, I couldn’t believe the difference in how they treated me. I was sitting right by the front desk, and the manager came out and spoke to the receptionist about me in the third person as if I wasn’t there. It was incredibly awkward. The receptionist finally said, «She’s sitting right there if you would like to tell her yourself.» Without even looking my direction, he burst out the front door to «inspect» my car.
He came back not even 30 seconds later and finally addressed me in a very angry voice about how he was going to have to call the insurance company because my car was perfect when it left their shop. He started rambling on about how it couldn’t be their fault and that I must have hit a pot hole and all of these other accusations. I asked him if he could repeat what he was saying because it really wasn’t making sense to me after what the dealership had told me, so he then started talking to me in this baby-​talk condescending voice. I asked him to please stop talking to me like a child, and he then threw up his hands and stormed off. He continued to yell things at me from farther back in the shop. I’ve never before felt like I was treated differently because I’m a woman, but I couldn’t help but try to imagine him talking in that condescending baby voice to a man.
I then took my car to Community Auto Repair, and… what do you know? The sub-​frame is still bent, so they did NOT completely fix it! What? The «little girl» was right? Go figure! I’ll NEVER go back to that place… what a nightmare!
By the way, Community Auto Repair offers a free loaner car — I’ll let you guess as to whether Perry & Terry offers the same courtesy.

I had been rear-​ended during one of our big snows this spring and pushed into the car in front of me in the process. Crushed in the rear bumper, shifted the front bumper in and up, and dented in the valence panel below it on my beloved and pristine 98 4Runner. Made an appt for an estimate after State Farm recommended them and got in w/​i a few days. Estimate was clear and reasonable, and these folks were very patient as I slogged through the waiting process to get a payout out of the rear-ender’s insurance (3 months).
Just got the truck back (dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon) and it’s beautiful. They even saved me the trouble of having to buy a new front bumper by simply taking off and realigning the original to its proper place. Ok, sure: Maybe it ain’t that hard to replace metal bumpers on a 16 year-​old truck, but the fact that they proactively sought out a plan to save me $ 400 on a new bumper by working with the old one solidifies this business’ character in my mind. Not to mention they detailed the thing inside and out.
Everything about this accident was a total pain, but these folks gave me back my baby looking good as new, and I’m entirely grateful.

Ok so no one wants their car to get and have to get repairs but considering the situation, perry and terry collision center was amazing! The repairs to my lift gate and light were done without having to replace the door. The repairs were completed in three days. The receptionists are very kind and caring and kept me updated throughout the process. the estimate was free so if i wanted to compare prices, i could. My car looks brand new. Not only that, they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. I have to admit I kinda live out of my car so I don’t ever clean the mats. On top of all of this, they found some dollars laying around my car and they put it in an envelope for me. so thoughtful. My car looks better than before the accident. Thank you perry and terry for your incredible service!

Took my car to get repairs from an auto accident. They did a nice job, however they oversprayed on my spoiler and now it is peeling. When I took it back, they claimed they did not get overspray on my spoiler. They treated me as if they had never seen me before. I will never return to this body shop. Everytime I look at my spoiler it leaves me with a bitter attitude towards this shop. I have been very unhappy since. Just beware, and keep all your paperwork, and get everything in writing, and I would take before pictures.

I’m frustrated with Perry and Terry. My wife has been in two accidents in the last couple of years — one her fault, one not. Both times we picked Perry and Terry because of it’s convenience to central Denver. However, both times the repairs have been incomplete. I’ve had to make a separate trip — that’s not convenient. They claim that they just do the work that the claims adjuster says is covered. That’s a crappy response. Sometimes damage is hidden, and can only be ascertained by the body shop as it takes the car apart. If that’s the case, Perry and Terry might call the claims adjuster and ask for a claim amendment… .or maybe not (in my case). My insurance agent said that she expects and sees body shops to find damage and advocate for supplemental claims. Don’t expect this here. If you take your car to Perry and Terry, I would be sure to also take it to another body shop to look for unfinished work.

We’ve taken two cars to Perry and Terry in the past year, both were insurance repairs.
One was an a 2008 Audi A4 and the other a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid.
Both cars were restored to original condition and they do exactly what they say they will do.
They also do a great cleaning of your car inside and out.

I would definitely go back to these guys if I ever hit another stupid woman running a stop sign again. The final price was only a few dollars more than the estimate they gave me and they were really helpful. I brought in my car having yet to clean off the winter filth and I got it back looking like new. They even detailed the inside of the car and did a better job than the people you pay to have that done. I have never been in an accident before so I dont know whats normal service for a place like this, but if all places are a nice and helpful as this place is, I wouldn’t be so stressed about getting in another accident.

Took my BMW to have some body work done after sliding on the ice last December. I am absolutely pleased with their work! Not only was everyone in the shop super helpful, but my 5-​series wagon looked like new when I got it back. If you drive a German auto, I would confidently say these guys are definitely qualified to correct any body work it needs.
The process was simple and painless. I will bring all my auto collision work here! (Hopefully I won’t have to too often!)

I don’t have any other’s to compare it to… so sadly I can’t really say if they are better. But, my experience was top notch.

If you’ve had a collision, these guys are awesome! Unfortunately, I’ve had 3 in the past year (not my fault) and I will tell you that the work is impeccable and their service is outstanding. The prices are comparable to high-​quality body shops, a little less than some. Also, the owner are there all the time and take good care of you.
