The tater tots, loaded or not, are a tremendous value in terms of quality, quantity, and cost. But for me, even more impressive, was the level of service. I asked if they had cucumbers as I was looking for veggies for a little one. They did not, but after I placed my order they ran to the grocery store across the street and surprised us with a sliced cucumber plate. I was shocked, the kid delighted, and in that moment they earned my future business.

Excellent veggie sandwich at a good price. We tried it cause our dog happens to have the same name. Happy we did and the guy is super nice.

Wow! Perfection! We shared the blackened shrimp and sausage sandwich and I wish I would have had my own. The spicy slaw was amazing as well, not at all like the slaw in a plastic bucket at a family reunion. My husband even liked it and I’ve never seen him put slaw on his plate. So now I’m going to stalk this truck!

I’m not sure this qualifies as a food truck, but a food trailer. Pavy does have a truck to pull his trailer though… Even though he is small, Pavy has excellent sandwiches. The steak sandwich is delicious! The bread was fresh, the arugula crisp, and the steak super juicy. My girlfriend customized her steak sandwich to add cheese and the Sriracha aioli. Her sandwich was delicious too. The people next to us ordered the shrimp sandwich; holy cow did that look and smell amazing. If I wasn’t so full from the huge sandwich, I would have got the shrimp as well. I’m not sure how you are crafting these awesome sandwiches, but keep up the good work! Pavy has my business.

Great quality of food. Only reason not five stars is bread is to thick to fit in the mouth and only four items to pick from. Great chef, love to see a creative side item.

All 3 items on the menu are amazing, pork belly mixes the best with craft beer :-) the blackened shrimp and andouille sausage is great tasting. This young guy is putting out great food, if he is around where your at, get his food. I’m from New Mexico, so I recommend real green chili from Hatch(grown only in New Mexico not hatch grown in CO) no offense but it truly taste different. Yes I’m a green chili snob…
