Parkside OBGYN & Medical Spa

I have been a patient of Dr. Roland’s for several years and she has always provided extremely great care. She is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind and listens to your concerns. She has been very helpful during extremely challenging situations, going above and beyond. I also visit the medical spa for anti-​aging services. Shana who works at the front desk is fantastic as well, always prompt in answering emails, returning calls and providing billing information. Parkside also provides a patient portal that is very convenient. I highly recommend Parkside!

I’d seen Dr. Rowland last year and wasn’t particularly impressed, but have been having medical issues and needed to get on birth control again so I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day. Mind you, the office staff is awesome, this isn’t a review for them! I had told her that I had just had an ultrasound and they had found a medium-​sized cyst and that I wanted to get back on birth control because I knew it helped. She scoffed my other doctor and said, «Actually, that’s an old tale. It hasn’t been shown to do anything. But that’s old news.» Um… what? She then proceeded to give the shortest exam I’ve ever had and spent more time talking to me about how I should like her facebook page because she posts a lot about skincare. I’m here for an OBGYN appointment! I get my skincare advice from my dermatologist. She talked to me about the birth control she thought was best and when I picked up the prescription? Not what we talked about. Not even the generic. I returned it and will be seeing another doctor who will actually listen to me. Won’t be going back.

I wish I still lived in Denver, so I could continue to see Dr. Beth Roland!
Dr. Roland is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! She takes time with each of her patients, listens, and then answers all of your questions throughly. She is very gentel during exams and always strives to make you feel comfortable.
My favorite part: If you ever have a question about how something in your body works, Dr. Roland will pull out pictures or figures with labels on them and show you! So informative.

I am not impressed… she wants to run tests and get you in and out fast… waited over a half an hour in waiting room and didnt get what i came in for… answers and muscle relaxers… i got nothing out of her

I’ve been seeing Dr Roland @ Parkside OB/​GYN for over 7 years. I was pregnant at the time and was looking for a small practice rather than one of those large ones where you see a different doctor every time you go in. I certainly found what I was looking for with Dr Roland! She’s the only practitioner at this place and it’s intimate and doesn’t feel like a big office. You will most likely speak to the same people every time you go in as her employees have been with her for years (as long as I’ve been going there at least).
She’s no longer delivering kids but I still go to her for gynelogical appointments. I’ll be sad when she retires but I hope it’s not for a very, very long time!
