The units are outdated, over priced, have loud neighbours, and the staff can be some bastards. If you find one to buy and not rent, that may be a better crap shoot. If your’e a gambler. There is a pool, an outdated gym, a poorly maintained dry sauna and plenty of strange smells to go with the creepy tenants. So, if you like the pre rape/​meth house feel, its the spot for you! Avoid the North buildings third floor, unless you like bad landlords, cigar smoke and a Cambodien circus above you.
