I got coffee at Punch Bowl Social in Denver and they serve Novo brand. I absolutely loved it. Very tasty and much better then the other brands in my opinion. Anyways, I was driving around and saw that they actually had Novo coffee shops, and I was super excited to go to one. However I took my girl friend with me to this location at 32nd and Lowell and I really felt very much like an outsider. The customer service was terrible. We told the guy it was our first time and tried to give us a quick rundown of Novo’s history and we could barely hear him and he seemed embarrassed to tell us. Then he tried to explain that they don’t have different sizes and his tone seemed very condescending. Bummer. Also, it was very expensive. We got an iced coffee and a chai tea and it came out to like $ 8 and some change. This costs me like around $ 5 at Starbucks. We said thank you to the lady who made it and she wouldn’t even look at us. Didn’t even acknowledge our presence.

Love this place! I starting coming here a few weeks ago after my Saturday morning yoga class. It gets 5 stars because the staff is so friendly every time I walk in. I’m a cold brew addict and the nitro coffee is on point. I’ve also tried their empanadas and haven’t had one that I didn’t like. Great place that feels like a local shop even though there are several around Denver. Keep up the great work!

Did not make me say, «I can’t wait to go back here!» Coffee was average compared to other places in the neighborhood.

Oddly enough, I give Novo Coffee 4 stars despite the coffee. I like the way the store is set up. House-made syrups are always a huge bonus and I like that they serve the lattes in 12 oz sizes. That being said, I’ve never been enthusiastic about anything I’ve had here. None of the drip coffees I’ve had have been exceptional. They’re fine I guess, but nothing special. The lattes are basically the same. I was expecting to be blown away by their house-made syrups but they didn’t quite have the impact I had hoped for. I think on coffee alone, I’d actually give this place 3 stars. It wouldn’t be my first choice but it works as the closest thing available

I and my wife stopped in Nova for a pick me up after I went skiing up at Eldora. I had the San Sebastian Columbian blend. I thought it was great! The barista let me sample the coffee as well!

The coffee here is great and the Nitro Cold Brew is dank(as always). Had one of their biscuits once, which was also pretty tasty. Staff are always friendly and pretty quick. Little pricey, but that comes with the territory.

This was my first time here and I had an EXCELLENT experience. I arrived right after they had opened for the day. There was only one other person in here at the time. The barista was SOOO friendly. She even had a converstion with me as she made my drink. I love when I encounter a friendly person in the morning-it makes my day even better! Not only was she nice to me, but everyone that came in the WHOLE time that i was there. Awesome customer service! I tried their dirty chai with almond milk and one of their poptarts. Sooo good! I will be back here for sure. Thank you for a great Sunday morning! :)

I love Novo for getting a morning or afternoon of work in. The atmosphere is great, plenty of outlets, and most importantly, their wifi is excellent all the time. The baristas are very friendly and even gave me a complimentary refill on my tea today. The only con is that the patio fills up quickly, but with only 3 spots that’s expected. Thanks Novo!

We came in for some coffee and chai. The staff were very friendly and we had a brief conversation while they made our drinks. The chai is a little on the spicy side(in a very good way) and was blended perfectly with the milk. I got it with the house made vanilla bean syrup which was spectacular. Everything is small batch and local and you can really taste the love! Also the atmosphere is very modern looking. The espresso machine is beautiful as well. All the details are beautiful. A perfect coffee shop experience. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular!

Great cold brew coffee! One of the best I’ve ever tasted. I wish I had cold brew coffee on tap at my own home:) Pretty expensive so can’t do it very often(and don’t because I don’t live that close), but worth the treat once in a while. I haven’t tried any other drinks there, but from what I’ve seen, they do latte art and everything is handcrafted.

My lyft driver recommended these guys after I mentioned I love Sweet Bloom. Turns out they are legit! I ordered an espresso. It was served properly with seltzer water. The taste was complex and not bitter. I like Sweet Bloom’s espresso slightly better, but these guys are giving them a run for their money. Plus they have mochas here(which SB does not)… I’ll be back to try those :). This location is great for working. Super fast wifi: 37⁄45 megabits down/up respectively. Most seats have outlets close by. Plenty of seating inside and some outside. Staff is hip and friendly. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great coffee and enjoy bringing my laptop here here BUT that’s only if the people working behind the counter demonstrate social awareness and respect for their customers. First, it’s not appropriate to have a yelling conversation with their friends sitting 5 feet away. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case for some of the workers here. Maybe go easy on the free caffeine at work guys, the rest of us also like to try and work here as well. Then the foam on the cappuccino if you will… when a school kid comes in and asks the workers if he can approach customers and sell candy bars they say yes. Look, I’m all for charity, but when was the last time soliciting was ever effective? It’s an intrusive and unpleasant when trying to focus on work. Don’t turn your customers into feeling like the bad person saying no because you don’t have the respect for them to do it yourself. I’ve been here numerous times and there are other workers here who are great, friendly and respectful. But it’s appalling how little respect this group working has for anyone trying to find a nice coffee shop to work in, will plan to start going to one of the other many options in the area.

First time here and got the nitro cold brew on tap. Some of the smoothest iced coffee I’ve had! Price was steep though — $ 4 for it! Delicious coffee but it’ll make me think twice before getting it again.

This is a very cute place! Can’t wait to try the pop tarts. The staff was so friendly. If you need a friendly attitude in the am this is your place. The coffee was EXCELLENT!

I love it here! I didn’t know what the craze about Novo coffee was after having had it at other boutique coffee shops but now I see it’s not just the coffee, it’s the experience of the café that makes Novo special. I love the clean modern feel of the interior and service was fast and friendly. I came here for a business meeting after having gone to Café Zuri(no wifi), Highland cork and coffee(wifi fail) first. The wifi was working, yay and the ice coffee was perfect. I’ll definitely be a frequent patron this summer!

Stopped in for a latte — having seen the exceptional reviews for Novo’s other locations. I’ve had their coffee in other outlets, just not their own shop(s). Very smooth pull, easy drinking latte. Came out to $ 4.32 for a 12 oz, which seems a little steep but in range give or take a few quarters. Atmosphere seemed relaxed; baristas were friendly and overall feeling was less pretentious than some of our other local coffee joints. Cool little patio, too. Did not try any of the food or treats — there is a little window under the cash register displaying mostly sweets; although I did see a short menu(I think they make crepes in house) of more savory items, too.

Very good! I’ve had lots of enjoyable Novo coffee over the past few years but never visited one of their shops. Exactly what I would expect. Friendly staff(including the ones not waiting on me). Got the obligatory SOE Cortado(with almond milk). Super smooth and very well balanced. Also tried the nitro cold brew on tap. That’s a winner! I’ll be back. Recommended!

Novo Coffee’s new location on 32nd in West Highland is a great addition to the neighborhood. It’s a great spot to sit and enjoy morning(or afternoon) coffee on the small yet comfortable patio, where people watching is a must. Aside from that, the coffee is freaking amazing — just delicious. I enjoyed a beautifully crafted latte accompanied by a fresh chocolate croissant. Unlike some other artisan coffees, Novo tastes so smooth yet very rich, almost nutty. Amazing. The shop itself is very small but has several well placed tables if you’re not a «coffee-to-go» person. The oh-so-trendy garage door in the front opens the shop to the patio on warm days which really brightens up the space. The baristas are very friendly. I have a feeling I’ll be spending many Saturday mornings at Novo.

+ Location. In the hip Highlands Square only 1.2 miles from my house. + Patio. Facing south into the sunshine. + Staff. Very friendly and helpful. + Atmosphere. Trendy Edison lighting. + Wi-Fi. + Seating. Comfortable chairs. + Hefty flatware. + China made in Italy. + Food. The chocolate croissant was delicious. Appropriately high in fat. — No diaper changing table in men’s room.(Will be fixed soon.)

The salted caramel flavor they make in house went amazing in my latte. I highly recommend the chocolate croissant. It was heavenly! The outdoor seating is nice and makes it easy to watch the city and soak up the sun. The staff was very friendly. The inside is modern and chic. I highly recommend this cute coffee shop.
