I was excited to try this place. I had the rice noodles in the peanut curry sauce. It was pretty tasty overall. The ingredients were fresh. I realized however that I really should have gone with the bigger bowl. The food was decent overall, but I think I still prefer other local restaurant options for my noodles. I am open to trying more stuff next time I’m in the area. Maybe I just haven’t found the right bowl yet.

This is the nicest looking location with the absolute slowest service. The man who took my order seemed like he didn’t care at all. I should have asked for the manager on duty, but waited so long for my carry out food that I just didn’t have the time to wait any longer. Bad thing was that they weren’t even busy. Just slow. I won’t go back and I will tell my friends and coworkers.

Anyone notice a trend here! Been coming to this noodles since the original one in cherry creek closed. Started out great. Same as everywhere, good service food was good. Well in last year has taken a bad turn. Really bad service. Slow, employees don’t care and quality is really bad now. Food is dry overlooked, sloppy, no care or pride in what they serve. May try another location hoping it’s not all bad like this. Hope the owners are reading these posts because lately all the same — low ratings.

Didn’t expect too much when I placed a to-go order last night. Figured we’d get a decent meal and wouldn’t have to cook. I would have rather had Ramen noodles and canned corn. We ordered the Chinese chopped salad, pad thai & an order of «potstickers.» Their terrible excuse for potstickers were filled with some sort of mysterious white goop and smashed paper-thin. The pad thai was lacking any flavor and the chicken was way over-cooked. The Chinese chopped salad seemed relatively fresh and may have been the only edible thing I ordered.

Noodles can generally be hit or miss. My Bangkok curry today was a little on the cold side but it still tastes delicious. I love their tofu. I prefer this location to others around town because it’s never ridiculously busy. Service can be slow, but parking is easy! Patio and restaurant are clean, unlike the gross 6th and Broadway location.

They forgot to give me butter for my flatbread. Instead of being kind and courteous when I called, they said«well, I’m not going to come bring you butter, you can come back for it». Nice response. How about, instead: sorry sir, since you’re not going to eat dry bread, we’ll give you your next bread for free, and make sure we speak to our staff so it doesn’t happen again. Such rude servuce.

Noodles is typically pretty slow. But this one is sloth slow! The workers are lazy and treat you like you’re troubling them for being there. Hate to write this because I because like the company overall.

The service sucks every time, it was slow getting our food and then when we get it it’s cold. And only 2 small pieces of chicken were on my fish. We try and try and each time they let us down. Sad cause I love the company. Oh well on to the next l.

Friendlier service than some of the other locations. The restaurant was clean. The food is pretty much like any other Noodles and Co.

Noodles, as a company, is reliable, cheap, and decent. This location seems to be on par with most, with a few quirks: –This one is actually kind of nice inside. They have hardwood floors and the tables are nice. –I’ve never had a bad meal here. Some of my favorite items are penne rosa, peanut sate and the Asian chicken salad. –Not specific to this location: you can get nutrition information for any dish on their website, which is really handy. They also have a lot of information about avoiding allergens, but buyer beware if you’re avoiding gluten(I’m a fan of it myself, but I’ve run across extra noodles in dishes I’ve ordered before, which would be problematic if you’re allergic to the tag-a-long). –I like how customizable the dishes are at Noodles, but at this location, double-check that any changes you ordered actually occurred– I’ve had a couple of mishaps. –The only ordering system is really handy, and your order will probably be ready on time, but it’s a whole lot easier to pay with the app as well– it gets confusing otherwise, and I’m actually not sure if you’re supposed to wait in the regular line to pay or not. –There’s a high school lunch rush around noon. Going early or late is a good idea if you just want to grab a quick meal on your break. Not bad, not fantastic, but tasty and predictable– just what you usually expect from a Noodles.

What you would expect from any Noodles and Company. Delicious cheap comfort food. The service was great and the store is relatively quiet which is perfect for a lazy night.

A for absolutely; OK for OK. .. if you’re eating alongside anyone under the age of 16. This is corporate kids’ food. Was supposed to go out with my former business partner to lunch today and I’d thought of some place adult-like. No, she said. Her youngest was home from school sick, but like you and I when we were that age(6), she faked it. Not really sick at all. So my friend took her kid to the office and the three of us ended up going out together. «Noodles,» was where the kid wanted to go, so the adults, like good adults sometimes do, put our selfish desires aside and went there. I’ll give a big ho-hum to the experience. The bbq pork sammie was so-so, as was the tomato bisque soup(I swear they put some high fructose corn syrup in that bisque to make it sweet and tasty for the little ones’ mouths). The best thing, for sure, was the $ 2.59 bottle of Izze grapefruit soda. .. Really? $ 2.59 for a bottle that costs them 30 cents or so? Ah well. Hope the little one was happy. Me? Not so much(but she liked it so much I’ve gotta give em a 3 star review so she won’t hate me) Sign me, dotingly Uncle David M.

Comfort food. Great price. Great, dependable service. Not a damn thing to complain about. My go-to dish is the Mac and Cheese with meatballs. Hill yes. For a chain, I couldn’t be happier with this place. I’m so glad they are expanding in Denver!

I wanted comfort food after a long flight on little sleep, so I walked the three blocks from my apartment in the blazing sun in search of noodles. Bad decision. I kind of brought it on myself for ordering Pad Thai at a quick-serve chain, but my god, it was unforgivably bland. The shrimp reminded me of something that came out of a freezer bag and sat un-iced and unseasoned on a buffet line for 12 hours. Nothing had any flavor. The lime wedges were dry. This wasn’t Pad Thai. It resembled and tasted like something a college would cobble together from odds and ends – a can of bean sprouts, a couple of wilting cilantro leaves. Bottom line is, if you’ve ever enjoyed real Pad Thai in your life, don’t make the mistake of thinking the Noodles & Co. version is a reasonable alternative. It isn’t.

Caught a cold? Not feeling up to anything? Ready for the second winter to be over? Come here, get some chicken noodle soup, and rejoice. It takes awhile to arrive, but they do it up right. Clap your hands, for things are not as bad as they seem! Until you notice the butchered spelling of your name on the receipt. Pro-tip: When they ask for your name, be a Bob, or a Dave, or a Ted, Bill, Charlie, George. Anything. Unless you, too, want to be a «Dalis.”* — - — - - * I feel obligated to say that I have no qualms about having my name manhandled so severely. It’s fine. Really. I am not already fragile about having a gender-neutral name. Seriously. This is not a passive-agressive postscript. I’m over it.

Overall a 5 star(with a caution) First of all — I tried to find the one on 3rd… a few miles away… with NO luck. Do they not have a sign out? I drove the same 3 blocks for 15 minutes with my eyes peeled. Gave up. THISLOCATION(Colfax)… Pleasantly surprised! More casual than I thought(nicer than fast food, but you order at the counter and they serve you at table. PRICESMORETHANREASONABLE and an excellent selection of food and flavors! I had a hard time deciding… too many good options and I was hungry! Everything from mild buttered noodles to fancy Asian mixes. CAUTION: I’m going to say this was my fault. The Thai with Peanut sauce plate was ungodly hot(spicy). I found it nearly inedible. My mouth burned painfully with every bite… but I suffered through a few. I think there should be a warning… or maybe the chef didn’t make it right today. Anyway — someone REALLY into HOT food would like it. It was just TOOMUCH.(I’m a gonna rule out that Curry dish too… just to be safe!) I also ordered pot stickers — they were perfect. Funny looking(flat), but perfect. I’ll bet I’d have loved everything on the menu EXCEPT for what I ordered. I can’t wait to go back and try something else. Service… friendly and prompt :)

I was on the phone – on hold – for 5 minutes! I called ahead, thinking they could start my order before I got there. If you are looking to order ahead – don’t. They put me on hold long enough for me to drive there. I walked in, told them, and the same woman who talked to me claimed she didn’t even answer my call… yet she said«Are you still there?» as I walked in the door! Any business that puts me on hold for 5 minutes and forgets about me doesn’t deserve my business.

As far as fast food goes, I’m convinced that Noodles is as good as it gets. They have a huge assortment of food — sandwiches, salads, and — of course — noodles — and everything I’ve had has been good. Mind you, it’s not gourmet, but you’re not expecting that for under $ 10 a meal. They’ve got truffle mac and cheese, Japanese noodles, rice noodles… plus tons more noodles and their company. Also, this particular location has one of those fancy shmancy soda dispensers where you choose everything digitally. So, here’s how it works — you put in your order at the counter, and in my experience you’re placing that order with a friendly, competent employee. There is no tip jar. Then, they bring your order to your table. After you’re done, if you linger a bit, they come and clear it off. It’s by far a step above any other fast food joint I’ve been in. Solid food, and this location in particular has friendly service. I used to go here after seeing shows at Vintage Theater, which is just two blocks down Gaylord, but now I’ll have to find another reason to come back. This location is great. Stop in!

I know that they are a chain, but I’ve never been to a Noodles & Company until one opened in my neighborhood. But, I decided to give it a try and to be neighborly. The Colfax location is a nice space, pretty large, clean, and the staff was friendly. Sorry to sound piggish by saying so, but the cute girl at the counter was the best part of the experience. If I go back, it will pretty much be to see that smile again. I tried the Mushroom Stroganaff, adding braised beef. It was pretty much egg noodles with a few chunks of beef. I really couldn’t identify any sauce except for a single mushroom and some flakes of parmesan. Thus, it was fairly bland, and kind of a let down. However, this was my first Noodles & Co experience, and friends have since told me that I’ve ordered wrong. So, I’m willing to give it another try. If not for only to try and see that smile again at the same time.
