I really should’ve done more research before contacting them. I show up early for my appointment with all paperwork filled out and I hear«Oh, we have you down for tomorrow.» Are you serious?!? Like I have nothing better to do with my day. How can anybody that can’t get their front desk together possibly be trusted with my health? I’ll never go back and I really advise anyone else from it. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a qualified doctors office.

I was a patient here for years. I also had a billing dispute, their corporate office admitted they were at fault and eventually handled it.. However, the«Office Manager» was horribly unprofessional as were the both of the Dr’s. as a result I won’t be going back. Unless you want to fight with people that don’t care about customer service, professionalism, and your Money(and ask yourself will they care about your health) DON’T go to New West Physicians!

I’ve finally had it with New West Physicians in NW Denver. First, they are impossible to schedule with. The doctors only work 4 days a week, between 10 am and 4 pm, with an hour break for lunch in there. They are very nonchalant about returning phone calls, even when I had an urgent matter regarding pain medication. But the final straw occurred when I discovered that for 3 years, they had been overcharging me for my co-pay: $ 25 instead of $ 10. When I discovered this and pointed it out to them, they not only refused to refund me any money, they actually would not even apologize and admit they were wrong(even though they did agree that my co-pay was supposed to be $ 10). When I told them that I thought that was horrible customer service, their billing manager actually hung up on me. The only reason I am giving two starts instead of one is that when I did get in to see the doctor, he was always helpful and informative. However, it is not enough to counteract the overall lack of accessibility and the horrible treatment of customers.
