Bought vent cleaning via coupon site (Group or LivingSocial).
My issues with
:
1. The guy to my house was rude to my wife
2. They left the dryer vent disconnected
3. They left dryer lint all over a flower bed with fresh mulch and lied about it decomposing with the first rain
4. Did not secure the original vent covers around the house, just put one or two screws back in each instead of all 4
5. Took longer than expected
6. Price increased when they got here.

NO SHOW. Called a company connected to HealthyAir. US for air duct cleaning. Was redirected to this company at this number. Called them when I had waited for an hour and a half and no one came. Confirmed correct appointment at this phone number — said they would check with dispatch and call me back. I was not called. Called again when it had been 2 hours. Said she did not write my number down correctly and had tried to call, then said I could expect someone 2 hours later. Waited 2 more hours. After a total of 4 hours, NO ONE CAME. NO PHONE CALL. NO SHOW. Very unprofessional. This was the «craigs list special.»

I had the same experience as Elizabeth but in NJ. I bought the groupon for $ 49 expecting that he would do exactly as was written, but the guy who showed up added all of these extra charges, going up to $ 450, but he came down to $ 350. I went through with it, but now I regret it. All he did was use his hose to push out the dust, he didn’t even vacuum it up.
I’m certainly going to let Groupon know of my experience. So they know not to do business with this shady company.

Purchased a groupon. When I called to schedule it, I was told that they didn’t have anyone in my area and that I needed to call Groupon to refund my money. Nice.
Interestingly enough, a few days after I purchased this Groupon, my credit card number was stolen.

I had them out for duct cleaning. The technician, Alex, was prompt and friendly. He was careful to keep my floors protected and did a very thorough job. I met them through Groupon and there was an extra charge for the complete system to be cleaned, However, the price was reasonable and competitive with other companies.
