Avoid this company completely. They have made 6 unauthorized charges to my credit card since I listed my RV with them. I have nothing good to say about my experience with them.

No STARS. Do not waste your money. This letter will cover my review, written after two months dealing with this company who were supposed to help me sell a motorhome. I did some investigating but ultimately bought into the sales pitch from a fellow named Hansel Turner. Here is my letter to him. When I first talked with you several weeks ago, I mentioned some of the negative things I read about National Multilist on the internet. You reassured me that was not the norm and that many have had positive experiences with your company and much success. Well, it now seems the exact things I read about are now happening to me. I want you to know, I did not invest in your company because of its greatness, I choose to spend my money because of you. You seemed like a nice guy who was willing to help me. My experience with you was minimal, but in a short time I had some trust in what you were saying. I don’t usually consider myself gullible, but I do look for the good in people and maybe, at times, do that to a fault. I can live with the fact that I was duped and that you really cannot help me sell my motorhome, but I would hope that you would at least let me know this so I will stop wasting my time calling you and at the same time, wasting your time. The first few weeks you seemed willing to try helping me, but then I was advised to speak with the marketing person, Jim. After an initial contact with Jim, he can no longer be reached. His phone goes to voicemail, and you can’t leave a message due to his mailbox being full. Over the past few days, you have told me you will have him call me within an hour, I am at the top of his list of calls, to call back within 10 minutes, you will remind him again, he just texted you and will be in the office in a few minutes, and that I need to stay on top of you so you will stay on top of him. These responses and non responses all done with phone calls initiated by me and no return calls from you or anyone from your company. The latest communication was a text from you yesterday saying you will call me right back, and, of course, that did not happen. You phone now seems to always go to voicemail now too. I have since called the National Multilist number, which does not go through, and the customer service number which goes to voicemail with a full mailbox, so no message can be left. I have received no sale leeds to date from the service your company provides other than feedback from other companies saying do not waste my money with you. So again, if you cannot help me or don’t want to help me, please be honest and just let me know. I will call it another life lesson that fortunately only cost me some money and wasted time. I did enjoy our initial contacts and believed I had a person in you that was willing to work for me to make this happen. Now it appears your job is to avoid and make excuses and that has to be a tough way to spend a day. I am probably one of many you have to deal with.
