Sorry, I want to like these guys because they have some cheapish stuff, but it’s cheap for a reason. Literally EVERY single piece I have purchased here (drop down, male to female conversion, and two quartz nails) has broken within three weeks from temperature change. This is seriously pathetic. Quartz bangers should be advertised as half glass if they are, and I’ve never seen Quartz break because it got a little cold. I’ve wasted more money than I like to admit here. Not much knowledge behind the counter either. Get it together

It’s rare that I write a review (my last one was due to food poisoning)… I hate to say it, but Myxed Up lost a customer today.
I recently had a friend give me some wax. Awesome. I needed a new heating element for my pen vape to actually enjoy it, so off to Myxed Up on Chambers– they only have packs of 4 for $ 30, and the guy tries selling it, even offering a discount, but I only need one and am on a fixed budget at the moment, so off to the location on Colfax…
I drive to Colfax, and the gentleman is nice, helps me pick out an attachment for $ 10. I battle rush hour home, hook it up, and it isn’t heating up the wax enough to get any vapor, barely melting anything. So, back into my car…
I just want a piece that works, at this point. I live in Aurora, it’s Friday night, and I’m a loyal guy– I still wanted to give Myxed Up my business and a chance to right things, so I made the drive again. I pick a different styled heating element, priced at $ 8. I mention to an employee that I had bought an element earlier, and express some frustration that it had issues. The employee that had helped me earlier was still there, even. A small group of employees then come together and it’s explained that they can’t take it back, since my original (faulty) item now had wax in it; I had expected that to come (one reason I didn’t drive back with it, other being the legal reason). Anyway, I proceed to check out and a lady walks to the register, seeming to tell the girl at the register to give a discount. I’m charged $ 7.75 total, compared to the original $ 8 + tax.
I was biting my lip about the inconvenience of driving around town and wasting my afternoon, being stuck paying for a faulty item, but the fact they seem to have the nerve to think it’s all better, for a gesture that amounts to about $ 0.85, did rub me the wrong way. I spent more on gas, and I’m not a stupid man– I understand customer service and I also understand profit margin, mark-​up, etc. I can say that what I paid today and any resulting profits would have been surpassed by the long-​term profits from me. I feel this is sloppy, amateur business. Furthermore, I feel they should anticipate this situation and have some sort of safeguard or policy in place– we’re in Colorado and the landscape has changed, but there are still work arounds: I would gladly show a video clip or provide evidence to illustrate that it’s not functioning properly, or they could keep a vape there and test the elements before selling.
I do feel rather insulted by this experience. Buying retail shouldn’t be a gamble, and if an item is faulty, the lost cost should not fall on the consumer.

The selection of pipes, bongs, cases, and everything else for the everyday stoner is amazing. One stop shop. Customer service is top notch as well! Favorite place in Denver!

OK so my name is Dan b just so the awesome people who checked me out hopefully see this and know who wrote it. I have just moved to Denver maybe 4 months ago and have tried many many shops and have bought a lot of pieces and they try so hard to greet everyone at the door they are really the best staff with the best selection. Please go here for any kind of water pipe spoon pipe consintrate accessorrys grinders I have currently bought my incredibowl zong kannastor and my most current and most proud purchase my boom felazi water pipe (BONG) and I have searched far and wide for all my pieces, rest assured your in good hands here.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff but it’s your average overpriced headshop. The clothing is cheaper and the same next door at freakys (seedless hat at myxed up $ 35-​$ 50 same damn hat at freakys $ 25) Went in today to shop for a hookah and the small ones are $ 45-​$ 55! For cheaply made mass produced hookahs! They’re much much much cheaper at smokers friendly right down the street. I used to buy Dutch masters for $ 6 a pack of 3 here too because the dude told me they were the only ones in Denver to carry em… I know. I’m an idiot for believing him and I found him to be very full of **it because for $ 2.60 at smokers friendly you can get the same. Damn. Dutch Masters. But fresher and more variety than just one flavor. Overall I give it 2 stars because the only thing worth shopping here for are some of the glass wares and dabbing accessories. Almost everything else in that store you’re getting ripped off on don’t waste your money here look around online or honestly right down Colfax in either direction

Surprisingly small selection of glass considering the square footage of the unit… Hardly any unique locally-​blown pieces, just those generic factory-​made ones that you see at every headshop. Only difference is that this place overcharges for them. So-​so staff who act annoyed that you stepped foot in their store. Being only a few blocks away from a few of the best headshops in town, you’d think they would step up their game.

VERY helpful and knowledgable staff. Huge selection of pipes, one hitters, hookahs, bongs, etc. Came in here with a friend who needed to buy synthetic urine (yes they have that here, along with other creative items that may come in handy…) and while I didn’t buy anything that night, I’ll definitely come back here when I need to buy paraphernalia, loved it!

I bought a hooka from here a few months back, the glass part got loose but a little super glue fixed it quick, no biggie. Any ways this shop has all kinda stuff.
