These people sold our car out from under us without telling us or even having us sign anything! then said we had to pay the difference for what it sold for! we had to fight to get our car back because it was sold illegally! my husband is active duty and we just had a baby and these people were okay with leaving us without a car and taking 1,800 $ from us! they FINALLY got our car back from the lady who bought it due to the fact it was NOT hers and they had no PROOF that we allowed them to sell our car. When Rich came and brought our car back he proceeded to harrass me and my husband in the snow with my baby in our arms blocking our way into the car, calling us «pathetic». Worse experience of my life they Clearly do not know how to do business ! we had to threaten to call the cops and report our car stolen to get it back! do NOT trust them!
