Metro Construction

Metro Construction worked with us to get our roof completed when we were denied financing for our deductible. The roofers finished the job in one day; they were friendly and hardworking. I only have two complaints: one is that I was not informed when they were going to do my roof — they just showed up at my door. The second complaint is that it’s been over a month and I don’t know if the roof has been inspected. Isn’t it supposed to be?

Update– much to my shock and surprise, Metro finally came through and paid Serve Pro for the mold remediation. Isn’t is a shame that it took threats of legal action to get the company to do the right thing?

I am so discuses with this company, paid $ 13,000.00 for a roof on my hose and I have leaks from five skylights and living room ceiling, I have called the this company so many times and they will not return my calls, so much for their 5 year warrantee. I finally got them served to go to court on October 26, 2015 Denver court Room 140. Should be interesting. Hope too see y’all their.

STILL have not been paid for the time I worked for Metro Construction and I am guessing I never will be. BUYERS BEWARE! If Metro can’t even pay their employees (who are all independent contractors btw!), believe me, you’re going to get crappy service.

Stay away! My roof already has bubbles and it’s like pulling teeth to get them out. I has 3 others project that I was going to give them but they did a crappy job on my house. Don’t listen to anything Mark says.

Stay away from Metro Construction! A roof job left a gaping hole in the side of our house & they refuse to repair it!!!
Their roofing crew knocked a piece of siding off of our fascia leaving a hole under our new roof & they have lied and made up excuses not to fix it. While we withheld the checks for the roof job Metro Construction sent representatives out several times to look at the hole and talk to us about how to replace the siding to placate us that they were going to do something, always promising to come out «Tuesday or Wednesday» and then never showing up or even calling. We’d have to call to find out what happened and get another lie, another excuse & another promise. They even had a Metro Construction contractor come meet our insurance adjuster so this could be tacked onto the original roofing claim and get another check made out for this to be repaired. However once the checks were sent to Metro & cashed guess what… ahh too bad they actually won’t be fixing it after all.
Oh did I mention they are also SIDING contractors so who better to repair damaged siding & fascia!!! Seriously the day they cashed the checks they made up a lie that all of a sudden we had electrical wiring in the way. What? 6 times in 3 months Metro sent people out to inspect the damage & tell us they will get a crew arranged to work on it & never noticed the outside wiring arrangement? Metro Construction just told us we’re out of luck & to «find someone else who will do it.»
