Called to get a quote on getting two doors re-​keyed. I was greeted by a very rude woman who acted like it was a huge inconvenience to be rattling off prices to me. I asked for an estimate on how long the appointment would be and she responded that she had absolutely no idea how long it took the techs. Certainly will not be using Mathias for any business based on that conversation and have found lower prices else where.

Very disappointed with Mathias Lock and Key. I left two voicemails and the staff did not call me back, but I was eventually able to get a hold of someone over the phone. When they came to my place, I left and my new key got stuck and the doorknob fell off. I called the staff, who were unapologetic and could not give me an approximate time later in the day that they could get it fixed. I would not recommend.

Fantastic, quick, LOCAL, trusted locksmith and full-​service security provider! Great showroom with safes, locks, etc. and if they don’t have what you need right there, they’ll get it!
