Little Caesars Pizza

I had to wait 10+ minutes for my pizza. I ordered a deep dish but got something else. It was like they took a regular round pizza, cut it into four sections, then tried to square the edges by hand. Bizarre. Why would they serve that?

Horrible place

When we first walked in there was only one other person waiting on food. The woman at the register, who’s name was Ashley, smiled and greeted us so nicely. She explained that they were understaffed (they only had two people there at 6 o’clock! And this was her first day as a manager by herself) and that it would be 10 minutes before we got our food. We were fine with this. After we ordered she had a problem with a child who ordered the wrong thing for her mom and her mom came in all mad and wanted her money back (causing almost a line out the door). It was one thing after another for this poor girl! But the WHOLE time she kept her cheery attitude and apologized to every one for the wait. We did end up waiting for more then 10 minutes but she was so apologetic and sweet about it. I just want every one that comes on here with bad reviews just know they are people too. Just trying to make a living. And pizzas can only cook so fast. I had a good experience mindful of everything that didn’t go the best way it could have. I will be revisiting this Little Caesars! ((:

As the pizza tastes good, I will give it one star. The service was horrendous. I went there Sun. eve, Jan. 18. There were 3 workers doing things in the back, only 2 customers up front. Still ten minutes passed before any of the workers came to the front to take my order. One seemed to be chatting away on the phone. One ladt then waited on me & told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I asked her what was the delay about, why are they so backed up? She just said it is always like this on game day. WEll on this day the NFL was in playoffs which is week 19. Can’t they figure it out by 19 weeks? I did get my pizza, not 10 minutes after finally ordering but 22 minutes. I will go to Little Caesars again but not this one on Leetsdale near Quebec, terrible service on this Sunday evening.

This place is without a doubt the best fast food experience i’ve ever had. I’ve been here maybe a dozen times and every single time the employees have been very friendly and fast.
Every time i’ve walked in here i’m amazed because all the workers are HUSTLING, but they’re also smiling and laughing with each other.
Yeah i don’t like the pizza so much, but what a great shop. everyone has always been extremely polite and attentive. +5 for sure

Idk what that guy is talking about but whenever I go in the service is super fast and friendly my pizza is always a 9 out of 10 and taste like a little slice of heaven lol the manager that always helps me is Marco and he always has a smile and a great attitude

I live around the corner from here, and even though I know the customer service depends on the time of day and how fresh the pizza is if you order a quick pep or cheese, but I would still come here. I usually order a fresh pizza (three meat cheese), even though you may have to wait, they usually are cool about making you a fresh pizza, and let you know you will have to wait. I notice the customer service on Friday after 5 is a little rude and slow, but if you wait till the crowd dies down or come in after 9, they usually are slow and their attitudes has improved because they don’t have swarms of people waiting around being rude. However, the pizza quality if freshly made is good. I also call ahead if I wanted a fresh one and I was in a hurry.

I am very sure they spit in your food when your not looking! Also very rude people and only people desperate to have pizza would go here, this pizza is nasty and not fully cooked!
