They gave me a 25 page color ENERGY report on my 1955 home!
I found these folks through XCEL when I requested an energy audit. They sent someone to the house who crawled through the crawl space, attic and took infrared photos of the walls and windows. They also went over all my appliances with a fine tooth comb. After 3 hours, I got a 25 page report which covered all energy issues in my house from the roof tiles to the ducts. They laid out which issues were the biggest concerns, which issues could be covered in part by federal/​state or local rebates. Then the back page summarized all their findings in a nice neat table which I could «manage.»
Then when I had the work completed on my home– they CAME BACK! They inspected the contractors work, tested my home again, and even filled out all the annoying rebate forms for me!
Cost me $ 95 dollars. The original price was $ 120 but I got a $ 25 rebate check from the state.
