LEG Valet

At Ocean Prime: Very helpful with directions. Driver Wyatt was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company!

My Fiancé and I celebrated our birthdays together at Fogo de Chao and were amazed by the excellent service that the valet provided us. He promptly opened my door as soon as my Fiancé pulled up. I thought this was amazing that he would take care of me although I was not the one driving the car. The valet promptly got my Fiancé’s name, asked if we had ever been to the restaurant, handed us our ticket, and told us to enjoy our dinner. I felt like we mattered to him because of the genuine conversation that we had. He even mentioned that we should make sure to try the lamb (which was amazing!!!).
When we came back from our amazing dinner he greeted us with a warm smile and asked us how we liked our dinner. My Fiancé handed the valet our ticket and he returned with our car very quickly. Then he even went above what I have seen other valet companies do and took the time to take our picture for us. Once he took our picture and made sure that I liked it, he made sure to go and open my door.
I felt very valued as a customer and even felt that this valet went above what he is expect to do, just to make sure that we started and ended our birthday celebrations right!

I valeted my car with Leg at Avanti. Came out, gave my ticket to a gentleman with a broken arm and waited for over 20 minutes. When I noticed people that came out after me were getting their cars I asked where my car was. They begin to scramble and told me that someone must be getting my car. I looked and realized my car was just in the alley and asked for my keys. That’s when it became apparent that THEY LOST MY CAR KEYS! They began to become extremely rude and non apologetic. Told me if I ask them for my keys again that they won’t give them to me. I had to call the police and the manager came of avanti had to come out to resolve it. Finally, after 45 minutes in the cold a new valet came up, said a while ago he had found a set of keys and gave them to another valet. Then FINALLY a valet came back, as asked if he had a set of keys and he pulled them out. Not only did they lose my keys but they were so disrespectful.

I will not use this service ever again! They damaged our truck which we quickly documented. They claimed no liability as they couldn’t prove the damage occurred while in their care. Little do they know or care their valet attendant had been literally dancing around the parking lot when I asked him to get our vehicle. Wasn’t sure if he’d been smoking or drinking! But of course he’s their «valued» employee who would NEVER lie.
In reading another review about commitment to delivering superior service, I would disagree.

I valet with LEG regularly, and they are beyond expectation. Courteous, professional, and quick.

This valet company is excellent! I had a minor issue and Dante went well beyond my expectations to correct matters. He really is committed to delivering superior service.

The guys at LEG are topnotch. They recognize me every time I valet with them, regardless of which downtown Denver location I’m visiting. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Its so nice to know I can leave my car with them and it will be taken care of. I love not having to worry about the hassle of parking it myself. Whenever I’m downtown I rely on LEG Valet.

I use LEG Valet on Larimer Square in front of Ocean Prime. The valet service is less expensive than the pay lots that you can find spaces with in the area. The valets are always very polite and punctual and really care about customer service and my vehicle. True professionals. Forget about surface lots or the garage ($ 20!!!) with the walkway into Larimer Square.

Very safe, always lit and the valets are so polite and prompt. More convenient than parking in a lot and who doesn’t love that! The only way to go.

I have noticed them around the denver area quite often recently. The velets are always speedy and polite. They seem to have the right fares for the areas and overall great attitude.
