I’d like to share my personal recommendation for along with my satisfaction with the excellent legal services and experience I had with the Law Office of Kevin Pauly.
I was facing a very complicated legal situation that was keeping me from getting a driver’s license. There was 4 traffic cases and multiple legal statutes involved. I had reached a point where fulfilling the requirements for reinstatement was so intimidating that I had pretty much given up hope that I would ever legally drive again in the state of Colorado.
Luckily a friend referred me to Kevin Pauly. I met with Kevin Pauly, at his office in Denver and he demonstrated an excellent understanding of the driving under restraint (DUR) laws and statutes that were precluding me from getting a license.
I explained to Kevin that my first priority was to avoid any jail time and that my second priority was to save as much time and money as possible throughout the process. Kevin made a commitment to those goals but explained honestly that there was a chance of failure on both. After working together for 6 months on my cases I can now happily report that I have done NO jail time and that Kevin’s intimate understanding of the legal system has saved me significant money and time. Kevin actually got 2 potentially very expensive cases completely dropped due to his intimate knowledge of the legal system and negotiating ability with the City of Aurora district attorney.
I would also like to give a personal character reference for Kevin Pauly, he holds himself to utmost ethical standards of his profession but has a dogged determination to save his clients the most time and money on their legal challenges. Kevin is also very personable, professional, easy to communicate with and I consider to be a genuine friend. Kevin is the owner/​operator of his own practice so if you are looking to be treated like a valued client and a person, as opposed to a case number, that is the service provided.
