LaMark15

In a week, I have not heard back from LaMark15 via email or phone regarding setting up a private event there. This is despite all the information on their website that suggests that they plan events or parties often. Guess they don’t need the business!

The bartenders Eric, Patrick, and Fletcher are the best in town. The atmosphere is terrific both on weekdays and weekends.

This place is a train wreck. I don’t drink so being the designated driver you get to observe. The bartenders drink behind the bar (apparently one of the co-​owners is a bartender) One bartender with an accent kept disappearing with different girls to the store room and another went to the private bathroom with a guy and girl and they were in there awhile. It was total chaos. No one was in charge and our credit card was «mis-​placed» for over an hour which is why we couldn’t leave sooner. When they gave us our tab it was the wrong one. weird vibe and something not quite right

Honestly, I’d give this place zero stars of I had a choice. I went to this bar on a Saturday, an arguably very difficult night for any bar near Larimer Square. The bar was packed. Don’t get me wrong. However, there’s one particular blonde female bartender that doesn’t understand customer service.
At this point in time I still don’t know what exactly happened but when I tried to close my tab she told me too bad, because my attitude that her service was poor, upset her. The main reason I was stuck is they took my credit card.
I found a manager to pursue the issue and he was pleasant but unhelpful. He gave me his card. I’ll follow up with him tomorrow.
I called my credit card company and froze my card. The last charge was from a bar owned by this place. They probably use the same processor to cut costs.
This is just another reason I rarely frequent LoDo.

This place has been a handful of places but this time they got it right. It’s beautiful inside. They have great music on the weekends and the crowd is fun. The staff is awesome and do a great job taking care of their customers. If you’re looking for a great place on the weekends to go have some drinks, do happy hour, do some dancing, I highly recommend stopping by.

During a friend’s visit in from Breckenridge, we decided to take a tour of 15^th Street’s bar scene. Our first stop: LaMark15.
Nestled on 15^th Street between LArimer & MARKet, this neighborhood art lounge has it all. Great space with a classy-​punk ambiance featuring local artists’ work hung on the walls and fitting music to set the mood.
To me, LaMark15 is a first of its kind in downtown Denver and situated exactly where it should be… connected to Tryst & The Drink — why leave the area? Can’t wait to go back to this gem!
