J Hilburn products are garbage. The quality of the fabric and the severe lack of craftsmanship of the suits turned me off from this company after getting my first suit.
Moreover, the biggest problem is the customer service side of their business. I have never experience slower, less professional, or dishonest customer service from any other company I have ever dealt with.
The one shining light is their sales reps… My experience with my rep was fantastic. She worked hard, had great ideas, and was very pleasant. Its unfortunate that the back office support isn’t there to match that of their reps. Back office support is your typical snotty Dallas Texan kind of service… LAZYYYYYYYY
I have worked with Astor and Black along with other custom clothiers before… J Hilburn is the «poor mans» custom clothier. Kind of like the guy who buys the C class Mercedes, because he cant afford the big boy S class. All for show, zero quality.
