Awesome price, sturdy, and love the look of these cabs. Great for fix and flippers. There are mod designs as well as traditional designs. More than anything, the price is right. They also have moldings and wine rack upgrades.

JK10 is an incredible value product. It is less expensive than Ikea but better quality product. I am a kitchen designer and have been working with JK for a year or two now. This IS a BUDGET cabinet line, a builder grade line. So, you do get what you pay for! However, we have many clients that have been doing flips and using these cabinets and they hold together very well. A few issues here and there but they have taken care of them every time! You get a plywood construction, dovetail drawer boxes, full extension, soft close on doors and drawers. You can’t find any of that at this price point anywhere else! Limited door styles and finishes but still great options. Again, if you want something nicer, you have to pay. You can’t get something for nothing!

LIMITED is the key term here… I used this company because it was recommended to me by my contracting company, iBuild. The construction of the cabinets is very poor with gaps throughout the boxes, the drawers don’t close properly, some of the doors are warped, etc. and now, neither iBuild or J&K are upholding the warranty on them. I was told by the installers that if I had a problem with the cabinets at all that I could call J&K and have them come out and address it but after calling them, they say that isn’t so and that the warranty for the work is with iBuild. They deny that so I’m left with the problem or to hire yet another company to fix it. Very poor customer service and workmanship. Buyer beware! So not worth the lower wholesale cost!
