Do not let these idiots fool you. They may be local, and have great customer service but they will want and you will need to call them everyday to get something fixed. We just «enhanced» our phone system and we have never had this much trouble with it. Then they play dumb like they it is our stuff that is going haywire. We are in a contract now and can’t get out so don’t even put yourself in this position. Comcast may be more corporate, and have tougher customer service but you may not have to call them DAILY!
