GREAT coffee and the conveniently located next to Union Station. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is — they are super friendly and make this place my go-​to coffee shop. Love the Ink Coffee Burrito — they are made by Burrito Del Mar which is located in Boulder. They also have terrific sandwiches, salads and pastries. If you cross the foot bridge nearby that leads to LoHi, there is another Ink Coffee which has a bigger selection of food — even ice cream!

Great coffee right around the corner from Union Station, so it’s convenient for travelers. The inside is clean and modern with a few tables for students/​business folks to sit down and get work done if needed.
I grabbed a latte to go and it was delicious. Great service by the employees :) They also have teas, smoothies, breakfast, salads, and sandwiches on the menu!

Kent, WA
Had some time to wait before my bus to boulder, so i stopped in here. Its definitely new, and seems to have all the kinks worked out inside as well. Friendly employees and they are fast with the service.
