Probably my favorite discovery since I moved to Denver a few months ago. You not only get the chance to make your own design (so bored of cookie cutter ikea, target and such) but you also learn the whole process, live the experience of making furniture with your own hands and meet really cool people! And Francis, the instructor, definitely challenges you… If you think you can’t do a complicated design, well yes you can! He knows everything there is to know! 100% happy with this business idea, will come back as much as I can!

I found this place a year ago when I moved to Denver — very glad I did! Loretta and Francis are very helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve learned a lot. Plus I’ve made a «canyon table», wine racks, and a Russian Olive coffee table. And sagebrush soap! Just a fun place to work on projects you want to build using some of the most beautiful wood I’ve ever seen.

I highly recommend that you go build something at I Made It. This place and its staff are very welcoming and helpful, gracing Santa Fe St. with a community woodworking studio that is a must visit for anyone interested in woodworking. I could see how groups would enjoy it as well. The corner shelves I built make my kitchen look better, and it was a very fun way to experience the craft with the right amount of guidance.

This place is fantastic! The owners, Loretta and Francis, are amazing! And they are so patient and willing to help you create whatever kind of project you want. We had a work holiday party there, and they were so incredibly accommodating and happy to have us there. Everyone got to make their own individual item, and both Loretta and Francis were so helpful and encouraging. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, whether it be for a work event, a get-​together with friends, or even just going in by yourself to create something. AND you get to drink craft beer or wine while you create… doesn’t get any better than that!

What a great little place. I came here for a group activity and glad that I did. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful on teaching you about the wood, tools and what you’ll be doing. There is even a mini beer bar of artisan beers.
If one wants you may also build your own furniture and a nice little side table will run you about $ 80
I saw quite a few projects that others were working on and I will be back. They are nestled in the art district.
