Holiday Event Center

I had a very positive experience coordinating a wedding here.
The restoration is beautiful which makes for a unique experience and breathtaking photos.
It’s a great venue for a wedding because the wedding ceremony can take place in the theater area and there is room in the lobby for the reception. There is an on site AV person to run the house lights and sound system.
The staff is professional and kind and did everything they could to give us a positive experience.
There is some street parking, but for large events guests can park at the high school one block away for a small fee to the event hosts. Also, the bride and groom did need to purchase event insurance in addition to the venue rental fee.
I’d recommend the HEC to anyone looking for a unique event venue!

Our children’s school held their annual fundraiser at Holiday tonight. I had always wondered about this venue and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I would love to see a concert or movie here and also thought it would be a great Bar Mitzvah spot. Plenty of room for socializing and interesting Egyptian details in the theater.
Also, the bathrooms were pretty and clean. Really clean. Always a nice detail.

Such a versatile, beautiful venue! I had spent many years wondering what the inside of the old, historic Holiday Theatre looked like. What they’ve done with the place is jaw-​dropping. SO cool.
