Nice, clean and spacious room! Great complimentary breakfast ! Would stay again! Near lots of shops and restaurants !

Old hotel. Rooms very noisy. Thermostat faulty. Bed uncomfortable. Checked out after one night and moved to another hotel.

Stayed here out of desperation. There were NO hotels available in Denver so we just headed towards Ft Collins. They had a room with double beds so we went upstairs and the light was on and the blankets were askew on the bed. Room had not been cleaned. Had to go back downstairs and get a room reassignment. New room was a sauna. Curious to see how comfortable the the bed will be as well as breakfast. Free wifi, parking and breakfast. :0)

Just a week ago I posted about the great stay I had at the Hampton Inn in Columbus, Ohio, and I wish I could sing the same praises for this hotel. While the easy access to Denver, Fort Collins, Boulder, and other locations was appreciated, I was less impressed by the hotel overall.
This time, instead of staying with a couple of folks, I was in a room by myself and while the room was as clean as I needed it to be, I was less than overwhelmed by the cleanliness by it. Either it had previously been a smoking room or someone had been smoking it recently, because I was first hit by the scent of the building as I walked in the room.
There was little view, than of the hotel across the street, but with lots of chain restaurants and such in the area, I was able to have my needs met. The hotel also offers a discount at two chain restaurants located in the parking lot — Lone Star Steakhouse & Applebees.
The rate was good, but this might not be my first choice hotel again. The free breakfast and free wi-​fi make it a good place to get a few things done, which was much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and the room was quiet, but the overall feel of the hotel was dark and cumbersome, which made me less excited about the options.

If we are rating this for a 3-​star based hotel, it deserves the 4 stars I am giving it. Clean, wasn’t noisy, bed comfy. We had a to-​go breakfast for free when we left. I was told Hilton Silver members don’t get free water upon check-​in, but we got them anyway.
