I can’t believe I’ve never written a review for Gordon’s before. So I am a definite hair freak. I am the girl who nearly interviews you before letting you touch my hair. When I first moved to Denver 9 yrs ago I spent my first yr trying to find the best hair color & stylist. I probably went to 6 different high priced stylist, none that I was completely happy with. So after a yr in Denver & reading 5280 I figured there had to be a list of top salons. Awwww! I found the light, Dawn & Gordon!!! She colors, he cuts! I do not stray, I’m a loyal girl to the best colorist & stylist I’ve ever had! They seriously rock!!! Gordon’s cuts last me months, so def worth my $$$$. I definitely recommend both of them! The entire crew at Gordon’s is awesome!!!

I have been going to Gordon’s for over a year and I love this salon… I love the interior, the design, the professionals inside, and the products.
Most importantly, I love Jade! She makes my hair amazing every time and every person I send her is as equally happy!

I have thick curly hair. Gordon is one of the very few people who can cut my hair so it does not look like a pyramid, He styles my hair so it can be worn naturally as well as straight.
He treats everyone like a friend, sharing stories and chatting, it makes me look forward to getting my hair cut (I used to dread it).
The only draw back is he works limited hours and is extremely hard to get into. He accepts his last appointment at 4:45 on weekdays, meaning anyone with a 9 – 5 can’t get in. The salon is also closed Mon and Tues. I suggest scheduling early.
