I can’t imagine not loving this store. My husband and I came here after seeing a chair they had posted on Craigslist. The chair was walnut and black leather, and perfect! But I had a hard time leaving after I saw all the cute vintage clothes and purses. The best part of this place is the owners. They are helpful, very, very nice, and they set extremely reasonable prices! We paid $ 30 for a very nice chair, which i’m sure would have been $ 150 over at Mod Livin’… Thank you Googie Mod! You guys are realistic about what vintage furniture should cost and you’ve got a great selection of stuff to browse! We’ll be back soon!

Fun little shop. When I was there I found several awesome mod chairs, funky sunglasses, purses, a 2 person vintage cruiser, vintage dresses and lots of fun interesting stuff. Hidden Gem! :)

I just recently purchased a mid century modern sectional sofa from this store, and my wife and I initially loved it! However, the owners of the store failed to mention that it smelled like smoke before they did some«touch ups» on the furniture. Thus literally right after we put the furniture in our house, the«masking» smell faded and the smoke was horrific. My wife asked them about their return policy, and they initially told us that we would have to deliver it back and there would be a 20% restocking fee. My wife told them we would get back with them. After only about two weeks, we decided to take it back, so I called them to ensure they would be there for the return. Except they changed their mind about their refund policy and told us it was not possible to return it(and that they had a sign in their window about no refunds, but they never mentioned about a «sign» the last time we called) even though they previously told us we could. Do not buy from this store, you don’t really know what your getting, and apparently, the owners continually change their business policies! Watch out. Matt

Oh googie you are a lifesaver. How did you know that, having paid to relocate ourselves here from the East Coast and selling all our furniture along the way, we’d be in need of some stylin’ and affordable items for our new place? I don’t know, but somehow you read my mind. We found a fantastic asymmetrical diner table from the 50’s(robin’s egg blue with gold flecks, large metal cylinder shaft-style stand) and four gorgeous wooden mod chairs for $ 150(for the entire set!). They also had a beautiful metal-trimmed, larger table from the 50’s with a center leaf and 4 cool cat chairs that they were getting ready to re-upholster(hint — go claim it soon!). We pretty much wanted most of the items in the store, but settled for the table and chairs. The owners were fantastic and friendly and willing to deal on items. Great selection and they get new furniture in quite frequently. If you’re looking for mid-century mod at an affordable price, start stalking this place like me.

I stopped by on a whim yesterday and lo-o-loved it. I tried on two things, both of which I ended up buying. The store floor space is relatively small but pretty much everything is for sale. In the back is a salon and a recording studio with a green screen? Huh. They have delightfully unique furniture and clothing. It’s one of those places where you can blindly buy something and you’ll look cool by default. I love clothing boutiques but very often their prices can be unrealistically high. At Googie, I feel the prices reflect the quality and novelty. Can’t wait to show off my new digs.
