Ridiculous… Didn’t open until late in the morning before a Saturday trade show and after waiting for them to open, employee still couldn’t make copies for another 30 minutes since machines weren’t warmed up. Should have a warning on the door…

What a great looking store right in the HYATT Lobby. I needed some work done… clipping an old comic strip from Newsday. I had gotten it from the artists daughter. I wanted to cheer up an old friend who was ill with cancer. The employees told me they couldn’t copy or enlarge it due to copyright laws. They mounted a couple of strips on poster board and lamenated it. It came out great. They knew nothing of my purpose for the mounting. They told me they don’t get much of a request like this… so it was on the house! Wow what a nice gesture on the part of the manager and staff. Thank you Fed Ex Office!!!

I just want to note… as a Downtown resident occasionally desperate for printing services, this place is a lifesaver!
Twice now I’ve been back because the staff is so quick and friendly. One time I only needed one page printed and the girl just gave it to me for free.
I know in the future if I really need something printed that I have a place to go.
