Euclid was a great place to grab dinner and a few drinks! Located in Larimer square, Euclid has a very diverse menu and an expansive drink menu. We ordered the white cheddar spaetzle, chicken schnitzel sandwich, and the best burger. I definitely recommend the chicken schnitzel sandwich and the spaetzle, but I personally wasn’t a fan of the Brat burger. Many others around us ordered the duck poutine and«chips and dip» and those looked incredible as well. Although this wasn’t one of my Denver favorites, If you are in the area you should check this place out!

Well I have to say I have mixed feelings even almost a week later. We were seated immediately and the building is very nice and is 2 stories. The table was fine and the atmosphere was pretty good. The music was a bit loud and they really liked playing stuff like offspring, not exactly eating music. I ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich and I was thoroughly disappointed. Your bread was way too burnt, the chicken was cooked to oblivion with no flavor, there was next to no sauce on my sandwich, the only good part was the dressing. I asked for more sauce and was brought a white container of god-knows-what that tasted like sweet whipped mayonnaise. One of the worst sandwiches I’ve had in my entire life. The drink I got was named after super troopers and was decent but pretty bad for being $ 12. The server was great(nice, fast, prompt, polite, didn’t try to bug us too much) and we had to go to a show so I didn’t have time to ask for something else to eat. I’d love to review this place again one day as I feel like it has potential, but that sandwich does not. I’d like to watch a manager eat that sandwich and tell me with a straight face that it doesn’t taste like burnt sawdust with overcooked chicken and no sauce.

Euclid was the perfect place to grab a late night dinner. They do not take reservations but they do let you call ahead and put your name down. Then just show up around the time they quote. I really wish more places would do this. Service was excellent and friendly. Menu was fancied German style pub food. Duck Poutine — $ 14.50 — I could not find the duck or cheddar churds when eating this. Fries and gravy were good but it got boring after a few bites. Sausage Tasting — $ 17.50 — Lamb was the best and short rib was also good. They were both pretty salty. I did enjoy the Boudin(blood sausage) but my group did not. Mustard that came with it was really good. I liked spicy the most. Beef Marrow Bone — $ 10 — Really rich. Big bone with a good amount of marrow. The demi and gastrique helped cut the fatty richness of the marrow. Good bite to share. White Cheddar Spaetzle — $ 5.50 — Spaetzle had that perfect chew to it. House made whiz was creamy and cheesy. Very similar to mac and cheese. Jameson & Ginger — $ 7 — Not a bad price.

We stopped into Euclid for dinner and drinks. We started with the charcuterie board. It was top notch. The jam they served with it was so good with the cheese and meats. I had the Cubano and it had a homemade pickle. The sandwich was filling and so good. My friend had the brat burger and the chicken sandwich. They loved both. They had a great selection of beers and cocktails. The atmosphere was romantic but fun. I’d definitely go back!

Food = 5 Service = 5 Noise = 3 Décor = 5 Ambience = 5 We came to Euclid based on the Unilocal reviews and we were not disappointed. We had our food family style. We ordered: Chips & Dip with Goat Cheese Dip with Smoked Duck Duck Poutine Asparagus Salad Chicken and Waffles Ceviche and Cornbread(scallops with hush puppies) The chips on the chip & dip were very crispy even though it was sitting on the Goat Cheese Dip. The Duck Poutine was delicious though it did became heavy after awhile. The Asparagus Salad was tasty with just enough flavoring and the asparagus had the right tenderness. We did add chicken to the salad which we would skip next time. It was the same chicken used in the chicken & waffles. Though the chicken was just eh the waffles were amazing. I didn’t realize the Ceviche was such a small dish but it made sense as an appetizer. Also very delicious. wish there was more to go around. The service was wonderful.

A bar but not your typical bar food. Very unique and eclectic food choices. From the duck confit poutine with foie gras to the white cheddar spaetzle, it was all awesome. We also ordered a marrow bone and the crispy pig ear pad Thai. The atmosphere is lively and overall a great place for inexpensive food to share. Great selection of beers too if you like beers.

Really unique and fun spot. I wouldn’t come here looking for a light meal but if you are in to meat, charcuterie, pickles and beer it is like heaven. We had a group dine here while attending a conference and were able to get a reservation pretty easily. The atmosphere is fun, rustic and industrial When we sat down the owner Jerrel(sp?) stopped by and made some suggestions and we went with some very creative charcuterie including«zambonie» and the brûléed marrow bones. For mains the brat burger was the most popular along with Chicken and waffles and the Ricky Ricardo Cuban sandwich. For dessert we had a s’mores concoction and a banana split and they were both incredible. Amazing beer selection along with wine and creative cocktails. A must dine location of you are in Denver.

Bottom line: if you are around Larmier Square and want to eat elevated bar food without breaking the bank, this is your spot, in my opinion. The one time I went I had Duck Poutine because I haven’t been to Canada, I love fries, and I don’t see it on menus around town. I will be honest, it isn’t the most visually appealing dish(it’s a pile of gravy on top of fries), but is definitely delicious. The Chicken Schnitzel sandwich looked really good, and it is probably the next thing I try next time I go.

Quick Disclaimer — I feel like I need to give this place another chance as my first experience was not the best. We came here on a Saturday night with a group of 10 people and I don’t think its the best restaurant for accomodating large groups. First gripe — we made a reservation and ended up waiting about 30 additional minutes for our table. I understand that its tough with large groups but at the end of the day, that’s the point of a reservation. In addition, the hostess was a little snarky. Second — the food for the price wasn’t completely satisfying. I felt that things were a little pricey for what we received and it didn’t taste knock your socks off amazing. This could be that we just didn’t order the right things or that since there was so many of us and we ate family style that I didn’t really get what I wanted. Finally, the server was just rude. I mean I get it. Saturday night, its crowded you don’t want to be there and you can put gratuity on our check. You can at least be polite. As I said in the beginning though, I would definitely give this place another shot. The place looks awesome and should be super chill. Definitely worth a second chance.

This place is another Denver fave for me. Never had a bad meal here. They change up their menu seasonally so you have the freshest ingredients, and the kitchen is an open concept to you can see the chefs going to work. I have had multiple lunches and dinners here, and am never disappointed. The pork chop with cactus fries is drool-worthy and I hope they bring it back next fall/winter(hint hint!) I could describe all the amazing things I’ve eaten there, but it would be easier for you to just trust me, and pop in!

This place is my jam. Great place to get drinks or sit down and have an amazing meal. I’ve had numerous things on the menu, but my faves include the mussels and the itty bitty fish sandwich. Their selection of brews is money, and the service is professional, attentive, and KNOWSTHEMENU. I continuously«wow» visitors when bringing them here not only for the eclectic menu, but also the great environment. Also, DONOTSKIPDESSERT. My favorite is the little jar filled with s’more goodness. Mmmmm Check this place out — you won’t regret it!

No doubt a popular space amongst the 20-to-35 crowd, a sizable craft beer list and housemade sausages harkening concepts commonly seen at trendy spots from The Big Apple to LA, Euclid Hall ups the ante on traditional ‘gastropubs’ by additionally offering a wide-ranging menu of inspired European and American classics running the gamut from salads and sandwiches to full-size plates and pastas, each taking a twist on tradition with no lack of innovation in plating or approach. Opting to place our order in rounds, a wise choice as not to overwhelm the countertop though an issue as relates to expediting with both kitchen and bar running at full-tilt, dinner began with three plates of house-prepared meats, the sausage sampling highlighted by traditional Mortadella as well as smooth Blood Sausage redolent with Curry while the Rillette and Duck Liver were equally well crafted with the former particularly impressive when spread atop crisp pretzels crowned by a dollop of pureed pear and mustard seeds. Told that transected cow bones are something of a signature, the blowtorch brûlée rendering tops glassy while fat beneath remains spreadable and rich, another great bit of offal is offered in the form of seared Veal Sweetbreads atop tender risotto, the flavors of winter brought to the forefront through the use of pureed pumpkin and pear slices with textural contrast built by toasted sunflower seeds. Unable to resist the concept of an atypical ‘pasta’ crafted from pigskin ribbons tossed with belly bacon, peas, and an egg to form a makeshift Carbonara that is every bit as decadent as it sounds, our final savory was actually offered on the house as the result of a long delay due to kitchen error, the«Chicken and Waffles» better than most as a thinly pounded breast was served schnitzel-style on either side of puffy sourdough triangles with a sidecar of pure maple syrup. Unwilling to forego dessert, the options riffing Americana without entering the rare air of refinement seen in Eric Dale’s Rioja plates, those opting for a sweet finish at Euclid Hall are nonetheless presented with tough decisions, the«Funnel Cake-fried» Banana Split unfortunately not quite as interesting as it sounds while a Molten Chocolate Chip Blondie presents like Bread Pudding below melting Bailey’s Ice Cream, the S’mores Pot de Crème eating like the world’s smoothest pudding beneath lightly toasted marshmallows and graham crackers prime for dunking.

So part of me feels like I should wait to write this review but part of me wants to do it NOW! Euclid hall. We came here because we wanted a few beers and we heard they had a decent happy hour. True. They have a pretty decent decent selection of craft beers for $ 3.50, and they have a real nice selection of rotating taps! Crooked stave was on their rotators, as well as Stone enjoy by. But you really can’t beat a milk stout on nitro for 3.50… The ambiance of this place is really cool, open kitchen which is awesome, a little hipsterish, I felt like we were in Seattle. It was fancy hipster(Seattle) not grunge hipster(Portland) I personally really liked it! Ugh my only problem was that we weren’t hungry… :(all of the food looked so amazing. We sat at the bar which was right next to the open kitchen and where the food came out so we got a real good look at a lot of things on their menu. We did spilt a sausage, because I’m German, and who can turn down a few bites of sausage, if you know what I mean! I seriously can’t wait to come back to actually try a bunch of their food. The white cheddar spätzle are definitely on my radar! The green chili poutine looks amazing. The chicken schnitzel sandwich… and on top of this they so specials… and our bartender told us they do all their butchering INHOUSE! How wonderful is that… and this icing on the cake, everything is very reasonably priced! I can’t wait to come back!!!

I love the ambiance of this restaurant. Casual, industrial, and yet still inviting. The beer selection can’t be beat. I’m on a sour kick and Euclid has a few to choose from. Having enjoyed the Brat Burger before, I elected to try the Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich coupled with the Cast Iron Veggies. The sandwich was disappointing. I was sold on the grilled jalapeño cheddar bread, but I couldn’t decipher a hint of either when I bit into the sandwich. The patty was nothing special and the slaw only slightly redemptive. The fries our table shared were delightful especially with that naughty bacon aioli. The Cast Iron veggies were also phenomenal. I enjoyed a Duchesse de Bourgogne Flemish Sour as well as a blood orange sour(the name escapes me). Service was great, especially considering we dined during the March Madness… er…madness.

My friends and I came here while I was in town for a visit. I loved the industrial, raw and modern aesthetic of the place. At the suggestion of a friend, I indulged and ordered the chicken and waffles. This dish did not disappoint! The plated presentation was nice. The chicken was crisped to perfection, tender and oh so juicy. The waffle was crisp yet moist and the syrup was grade A. I’ve tried chicken and waffles at a few other places but this dish here stands out the most. I also tried a bowl of the spätzle and it was incredible — Tasty and full of flavor! This place also has an extensive drink menu!

Came during Christmas week around 4pm and didn’t have to wait to be seated. They even had happy hour pricing, so we got $ 2 off our beers. We ordered the duck poutine and waffle & chicken to split and I loved both dishes. Waffle & chicken had a decent amount of chicken although I wish there was more waffle. The best dish by far was the duck poutine. The duck was very tender and the duck gravy was exploding with flavor. I ordered the left hand nitro stout and it was refreshingly smooth and flavorful. Service here was excellent, very prompt and courteous.

We were told the fried cheese curds were close to Milwaukee curds, but it was mostly bread. Somewhat disappointing. My local friends assured me that these are the real deal. The beer selection, meanwhile, is very impressive. We visited this place twice during Halloween weekend as a result. It’s a younger crowd. The rap music being played on our second visit was loud and obtrusive. This place is located in a good spot. We were near the comedy club and other cool places. I’m sure I will return. Looking forward to a better experience.
