This is a poorly run business. They are expensive and do a poor job. They cannot follow simple instructions – fold the shirts rather than put them on hangars – and when you point this out to them, they shrug their shoulders. My shirts have come back with spots even after I take the time to mark obvious spots so that they will not miss. Although I live nearby, I am giving up on them. Note that this the location on Bassett Circle next to McLoughlin’s.

This is hand’s down the WORST dry cleaning service that I have ever experienced in my life. I will keep it short and sweet. My clothes have come back in the following conditions: late, damaged, stained, lost entirely. In addition it took over a week to have zipper repaired on a VERY simple dress. Stay far, far away from this place. Not to mention that the prices are significantly higher than anywhere else in Denver!

DONOTGOHERE. I was a customer for 3 years — the manager knew me when i would walk in. However, we ran into a couple of issues — extra costs that were incorrect, a hole was made in some clothes trying to get a stain out. When I presented these issues, the employees lied to the owner saying they refused to take the items knowing they couldn’t clean them, but I pushed them on them anyway. It was terrible to see a long term customer be treated this way when everything was fine before I called the incorrect billing amount to their attention. After that, they treated me terribly. Not worth it. There are better prices and service downtown. The owner tried to haggle on the cost of items she ruined … just awful.
