Had a bill turned over to collections without any communication. I do not know if they ever billed the insurance(and there are 2 polices to bill!) Do not know what to say but from everything else I see here this is the way they do business.

I have called and written, snail mail, because no email address or working website available to connect. Despite that, they are STILL trying to collect a $ 578 bill that was PAIDINFULL except $ 34 of my responsibility. Worse, they are billing my 19 year old daughter directly and threatening to send to collections. Her credit will be marred before it even gets started. Stupid crooked dishonest group.

Terrible billing department. Their«customer service» was difficult to work with. My bill was paid in full by insurance. The check was cashed and yet they claim they can’t find it. Very disappointing and I hope I never have to do business with them again.

I never even got a statement from them. They turned it over to a collection agency that only sends recorded messages… who listens to those? Too lazy to talk to someone in person.

My daughter needed to go to the ER. The actual care was OK. But we got into a dispute with the insurance company about coverage. These jokers were the ONLY guys who refused to work with us and just give us the time until the coverage issues were resolved. We wrote a letter. They still turned over to a collection agency after 90 days. The insurance company finally did the explanation of benefits. They denied $ 46 of the bill. I paid 100% of the balance. Yet these jackasses turned it over to collections — again — for the amount that the insurance company denied, and they filed against the credit report. If it was worth the energy, I would sue the bastards since they are not allowed to collect what the insurance company says is not due. But instead, I will just tell everyone here that these guys business practices suck!
